What a wonderful experience....they got me taken care of right away (instead of having to wait weeks to get my watch back) and the cost was in very cheap! I've since taken in jewelry here for small repairs and everyone has been incredibly kind and very helpful. They don't make me feel ashamed when i bring in an inexpensive piece of jewelry for repair, but still has sentimental value. And they always offer to clean my jewelry I have on for free while I wait. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Geneva and she was wonderful and carefully examined and cleaned the jewelry I had in today. I could not recommend them more.
