I love this place. I go here all the time and do business. Wether I'm selling items from my side business or buying, I come here. The only problem I have had are due to loans. They're employees don't call me, but somehow put it into the system that they talked to me. So when I don't show up, they release my items to the floor. THE FLOOR!!! All due to an employee lying and not doing their job. Well, employees', as it's happened more than once. Unfortunately. But, if you're not doing a loan and just buying and selling, they are great. They are friendly and helpful, most of them. Maria is bilingual over there, so she gets all the Spanish speaking customers and regular ones during her free time. I can't remember her name, but she's semi-new. She helped me pick out my new ring, which I LOOOOVE! And the blonde hair gentleman, long/ medium length blonde hair. He is WONDERFUL. So friendly and helpful. He even helps load things out to my car. Great team. Great company. Love the extras they have to offer. Thanks guys. read more

The associate that was "assisting" individuals was extremely harsh and rude to me very quickly regarding mask wearing. I have a medical condition and when I tried explaining it to her she said I needed to be 6 ft away from her while I was explaining it. Just depends on what you're looking for I went for a ps5 and the all digital edition was 430 or so and then it was 460 after tax they give you a day to return sadly mine didn't start showing the problems till a few days after. That saying you could probably just spend the extra hundred plus on getting a brand new one but they did have great customer service. read more

This place is terrible. I went here for the first time a few months back and the prices for some the items they're selling are pretty close to what you'll find at a retail store, and this stuff is USED! I tried to give them another chance by selling them stuff this time and they wouldn't even bother to give me a price for my video games. They looked in the bag and said "we don't take those" when they had the exact same stuff sitting on the shelves. I kid you not, I was in and out in less than 30 seconds. They quote me a low ball offer and then five days later even lower then the first and I'm positive I'm a repeat customer and he said well you should have taken that offer when it was offered that's how little they care about people making them money so they will never make money off me again. I refuse to be treated like this and they have never been deserving from the beginning. read more

Pure burglary in mid-daylight. The store sells 40" TV's for over $110 on their shelves. Then they offer me $20 for my TV that was even bigger, then the manager threatens to lower the offer to $5-10 when he saw I was upset. $5 for my 42" TV you will sell for over $100? Is this some sick joke? Why not just ask for my stuff for free? I can't wait for pawn shops to be banned permanently. They survive only by robbing people in desperate situations. For me, I lost my job 5 days ago and even showed them the text from my boss. F*** *** absolute pieces of s**t! I still have my TV, and all you got was a terrible review! read more

They demand cash back for loans -- they don't accept credit or debit cards. Staff is also rude and unhelpful. I would recommend avoiding this store! read more

There is no sense of customer concern or service at that. You can go in and stand at the counter 4 30 min and still no one will offer any kind of assistance. Just horrible, everytime I go in. If I didn't have an item on layaway I would not return. read more

Women at the counter was completely rude and not welcoming to my business . treated me like crap trying to return a item .I purchased protection plan on my items .she told me I looked like i was using them on jobs and returning them after I was done .she then told her co worker to check with the manager before doing business with me .Wow .really ? I wouldn't be returning something I need if It worked properly . my items didn't function right once I got them home .so I set out to return them like anyone would do . Bought a diamond bridal wedding set in 2007 for several hundred dollars. Back when they were named "Jumping Jack Cash " Midvale. Paid extra for the product warranty covering several issues such as, damaged, lost diamonds, gold wore off etc. In 2008, A diamond fell out. Living out of state we have my mother turn it in for the warranty. Needless to say, jumping Jack cash try to replace it With a cubic Zirconia. When caught, they try to blame it on the jeweler saying it was an accident. The jewler had mostakenly place CZ and diamonds in same box while working. It wasn't, i I demanded the replace with a real diamond in the end. Sadly, it Took a lot of Arguing and persuading On my Behalf to get them to do the right thing. Then they turn around and sold me a stolen Snap-On torque wrench and refused To replace It or refund any of my money. I even Had to show my Receipt from jumping Jack cash in order not to get arrested for the stolen tools Jumping Jack's sold me. read more
