The associate I spoke with talked with me at length about the item before offering me a bit less than I was looking for. He was willing to listen to me as I complained about his offer and told him about how the item was the top model for what it was. He was patient with me while I rambled about what made the item special and why he should offer me more for it. He went off, did some research on the item then came back and told me that he appreciated me being honest with him, that it was indeed the top model for that item and that it did indeed have all the bells and whistles I had mentioned. Apparently people like to bring in stuff and make grandiose claims that don't hold true. He made me an offer I was happy with and we were able to make a deal. Friendly, patient, helpful staff.
