They gave us our time to look over everything by ourselves and didn't bother us until we asked to look at a couple items. They were friendly and not pushy at all. I recently was looking for a local jeweler that could repair the setting of the diamond on my…read morewedding ring. I tried a couple of other jewelers that either overcharged me or wouldn't work on my ring at all due to the black hills 10K gold. I decided to give Franco Jewelers a try and get an estimate for repairs at the minimum. I was the only customer in the store, and the jeweler assisted me right away. I explained that I'd broken the tip off one of the prongs on the diamond and asked if they could fix it and at what cost. He looked at the ring and said he'd have to do all of the prongs, including the one I had fixed last year, due to his laser process. He said he'd use 14K gold and fix all 6 prongs for $70. This was nearly the same price that I paid last year for soldering just one prong at a different jeweler. He also said he'd have it ready in a week or less. Again this was 1/2 the timeframe I waited for just one prong repair last year. Of course, I jumped on the deal. After a week, I checked in and he told me the ring was ready. When I picked it up, the counter person was super friendly and encouraged me to return for periodic cleaning at no charge. She assured me it would only take 5 minutes and was worth the time to make sure the diamond continued to sparkle. I'm very happy with the work done on my ring and would definitely recommend Franco Jewelers to all my friends and family.
