I have been coming to Belliston's for 5 years now and have never been disappointed!! I bought jewelry and have had MANY pieces repaired. I've taken jewelry that I've purchased off KSL that other Jewelers said they could not size or fix that Belliston's was able to do and always affordable!! Most recently I had a very large special ring made for my husband, that included diamonds from his mothers ring, gold from his fathers ring and other elements that defined his life. Dean helped me with what could be on it and Joe designed it. It turned out BEAUTIFUL, it is about the size of a super bowl ring, with a wonderful history built into the ring. Ahhhh! I was super excited and SHOCKED to receive a phone call from Belliston's today. I dropped my wedding ring off late afternoon on Wednesday (let's be honest it was almost closing time for these guys) I needed it resized and since they'd have it in store why not get it cleaned and plated. They told me it would be about a week to a week and a half. Which was fine because it's a tension setting and I was ok with the timing because quality takes time. Today is Saturday, as in 3 days later, not a week and a half like I initially thought. I got tears in my eyes when I put it on, it's been a while since I've been able to wear it and I love love LOVE my ring, which my hubby and I designed with the help of Belliston's back in 2007! Thank you guys for once again wowing me! It's as if I just got engaged all over again. I catch a glimpse of it in every light, it gives me butterflies and reminds me of sweetheart. read more

I read another customer's review about Belliston's. She and I are in the same boat - we both dropped off a ring to be resized. There's a difference in our stories though: she showed up end-of-day Wednesday to get her ring resized. Saturday, 3 days later, she had her ring back. I called last Thursday (a week to the day from the time I dropped my ring off to be resized), and after waiting close to 10 minutes on-hold, I was informed that my ring was still in the drop-box. The resize had not taken place. That is a hard pill for me to swallow. I was comfortable at first with the 7-10 day resize initial timeline. However, according to the employees I know, along with another jeweler, the resize process itself takes about 10 minutes from start to finish. I'm not mad or upset (I promise) - I just want my ring back. My grandpa passed away nearly 5 years ago and I was fortunate enough to inherit his wedding ring. So, I chose Belliston's over Fidel's in Bountiful because of the overall feedback I received from their service. It was an added bonus that I personally know a few people that work there. I finished a pleasant phone conversation (not sarcastic, might I add) moments ago where I was informed that the ring still has yet to be resized. In the future, if I need a ring resized, I will invest more thought into where I will take my business. read more
