This was my first and last time coming in here with my eyes on a few firearms. Saw one I thought my buddy would love and would 100% buy it I sent him a picture. The second I snapped the picture a gentleman working there shouted at me from the middle of the store no pictures which in my opinion was extremely unprofessional. This is my first time here I've never been to a shop where I couldn't take a picture. Either way I also didn't see a sign and he definitely could've gone a lot better about it. Don't shout at me like I'm incompetent, or on the complete other side of the store I was 3 steps away. or put up a visible sign. You have a million multicolored flyers all over the place place a single solid colored sign in our view. Also a simple excuse me sir we don't allow photos could've been okay or no pictures was fine but you shouted at me with a nasty tone is unprofessional. Walked in and walked right out. Would've loved to do business with them as-well recommend people at my rage to come here but that's not happening. read more

Arrived today with several electronics hoping to see what value I could get for the items. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door and it took less than five minutes to be helped even though both associates were busy with other customers somebody came from the back to help me. They were very informative about the value of each of the products on the market and then how much of a percentage they would be able to offer me based on the customer base in the area. In my circumstances I was given 30 to 60% depending on the sale of the items in history's past. All in all it was a pleasant experience for a pawnshop and I appreciate the honesty and the reasoning despite always wanting more than what's being offered. read more

Worst pawnshop on Perrin. Garbage crew working there. Great selection don't get me wrong. But when you go in there with something that can easily fetch them $800+, and get offered 25 bucks is kind of horse sh***. Worst customer service, don't get greeted upon arrival, was told if i wasn't buying anything that I couldn't keep coming back. Is that a rule or something ? This place sux some big kcid. Everytime I go there I'm never greeted or even thought of as a customer. I keep giving them chances by going back but, the culture there is the same. I go to pawn shops from San Antonio to Austin and everywhere in between and this one is the worst. Their are four other pawn shops on the same street that are tons better at price and customer service. Very disappointed in the manager Sam. Went in today, took my nephew he was looking to purchase some speakers for his truck and I was approached by the manager Sam, he asked me what I was looking for. I responded that I was looking around. He responded that because I wasnt gonna purchase anything I was not going to be allowed in the store at this time. Since I was just looking. I responded how am I supposed to know if I'm gonna purchase anything if I wasnt even allowed to look. My nephew is a repeat customer there and bought plenty of items there. I on the other hand never been there. First time in a Pronto Pawn and the worst experience ever. I my self work in customer service as well. And was very disappointed in his customer service and to know that he is the manager there shame on you Sam. I went in on Friday 09/02/2022 at about 5:20 p.m. The place was pretty busy. I was acknowledged immediately. The young woman asked what I had in my small pistol case. My reply was to see if they"d be interested with it. When I was assisted by a clerk he showed my pistol to EUgene to appraise the value. I ended up selling my pistol to the shop and picked up a smaller one for conceal carry. The professionalism and treatment is Five Stars all the way. I observed everyone doing business here treated with respect, dignity and fairness. There is negotiating involved, old school southerly charm. What a crew. The staff here are better than Five Star High End Hotels that are world class. I'm definitely returning as a customer. Best place in town. I cleaned , oiled and tried out the smaller pistol on Sunday. Fit and function spot on. I feel confident using this acquisition in protecting my life . Thank you Eugene and the fine staff. I went to get a loan on a pistol which has been there before but I got 125.00 on a loan on it . So I went to get a 60.00 loan and the lady walked to her manager and came back and said they couldn't do it for 60 but if I want 125 then they could do it so they wanted me to get a bigger loan so my interest would be more to get out so I told them no I would go some where else they didn't want to give me my pistol back I literally had to just grab my property to leave when I went some where else and told them what happen they were surprised and gave me my loan quick so don't goto pronto pawn read more
