On March 16, 2026, during a psychiatric transfer situation, the interpreter (Chris Lu) interfered with communication rather than facilitating it. Our family was prevented from speaking with the doctor, asking questions, and requesting a written evaluation. The interpreter also told the doctor not to provide explanations and threatened to involve security when we tried to communicate. This type of behavior undermines patient rights and effective communication, especially for families with limited English proficiency. We have filed formal complaints with multiple authorities. We expect the hospital to take this matter seriously and ensure accountability.

Medical appointments can be daunting but this office is super organized. I have never had to wait to see the doctor or to get any tests done. Arrive for your appointment and you're seeing within five minutes; if tests are required - they're done immediately. New office space is modern and pleasant (for a medical office). Their patient portal is great for pre and post visit communication.
