Both of them seem to streuggle a bit with English so I couldnt really explain. Eventually I went in and they husband was nice enough to take me through th store, let me come behind the counter, use their computer inventory system, and eventually just examine the laundry they had. It took like 15-20 mins but I did find my order. It was matched to a guy with a different name and a somewhat similar phone number. Go figure. They seem like very nice people and were cool about the whole thing, but I think a combination of a language barrier, them being a little old, and an ancient computer system made my order get mixed up. Prices are really good ($4 and $2.50 for washers, dryers are $0.25 for 6 minutes) and you use coins, not those scam debit cards that are becoming more common. This place isn't the most sparking clean, but I was here an hour before closing and the lady was really busy and began cleaning just after I arrived. Nothing grimy or filthy, just evidence of a very busy day with lots of customers. Yes, I would do laundry here again for sure.

Good luck with your hunt." They don't know where I got my dress from, and I'm also someone living in NYC and doing my best. I think people are allowed to charge what they want or think their skill is worth, but I also think the wedding industry has lost their minds. I found an independent professional who did a beautiful job and charged a fair price. I have other dresses to be adjusted until my big day, and had considered saving them if I needed help for my main dress which will be more expensive, but based on this rude and entitled response, I already know to never go back to this business again.
