I prefer this location over the Missouri City EOS. The space is larger, and the employees are more approachable and willing to help. When I inquired about the status of the women's sauna, the front desk representative proactively checked on it, which I appreciated. There are plenty of machines available now that the Missouri City location is open, making workouts more efficient and less crowded. I especially enjoy the recording room, the theatre, and the Shark Tank recovery room, which add unique value to the overall experience. The showers are decent, though they could benefit from more frequent cleaning and more consistent replenishment of body wash. The instructors are wonderful--especially Frieda. I truly cannot speak highly enough of her; she is knowledgeable, motivating, and a standout asset to the gym. read more

I've been a member at EōS Aliana for about a year, but after moving, my friend and I wanted to start working out together and meet in the middle. Since I have the Willpower membership and can go to any location, I suggested the Sugar Land location. She decided to sign up there on her own, and that's when everything started to go wrong. After she signed up, she was offered a "free" personal training session, and we decided to do it together. During that session, we worked with a trainer named Joseph and made it very clear multiple times that we were on a budget and could not commit to anything long-term. He reassured us more than once that we would be able to cancel at any time. He even apologized later and tried to make up for the confusion by offering another "free" session, but by that point the situation had already gone too far. That reassurance is the only reason we agreed. As soon as we realized the cost wasn't manageable, we came back in person to cancel--multiple times. Each time, we were left waiting for long periods with little to no help, while staff stood around and watched. On top of that, no one ever answers the phone, which makes it nearly impossible to get assistance without physically coming in. The way we were treated during this process was honestly shocking. Instead of being helped, we were met with resistance and dismissiveness. The fitness manager, Mac, went as far as implying that we were "scamming" simply because we were trying to cancel--based on what we were clearly told when we signed up. That was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. At no point were we trying to take advantage of anything. We were just acting on the information that was given to us upfront. The lack of accountability and communication has made this situation way more stressful than it ever needed to be. I will say the general manager took the time to listen, which I appreciated, but there has been no follow-up since then. Honestly, the most disappointing part of all of this is that my friend was treated so poorly after I was the one who recommended this gym to her. What should have been a positive experience for both of us turned into something stressful and upsetting. After this experience, we will not be returning to this location at all. I will either continue going to EōS Rosenberg, switch to another gym like Amped Fitness, or possibly cancel my membership altogether. This was just a horrible experience overall. If you're considering signing up for personal training here, make sure everything is clearly explained in writing before agreeing to anything. I received a 7 day pass in the mail and when I came in they tried to sell me a membership immediately. There was no pass issued, instead they pressure you into buying a membership. Even the person who was showing me around said that he would hang on to my drivers license until I was done with my workout. I'm like what kind of kindergarten behavior is that? The gym is getting dirtier, equipment is poorly maintained, and some of the staff are rude and completely uninterested in helping members. The sauna situation says it all: it was broken for four days, finally got fixed on Tuesday, and today it's already broken again. Parents, watch your teens at the EOS pool - no lane safety Management removed the swimming lane separators to fit more people into the pool. Now it's just a chaotic free-for-all. Swimmers crash into each other, there's no clear fast/slow lane, and teenagers can easily be cornered or approached without anyone noticing because the whole pool is one crowded mess. Safety-both physical and personal-has clearly taken a backseat to packing in more members. Because of this, I canceled my son's membership. I don't trust the environment, and I don't trust management to protect minors. Teenagers: do NOT go to this pool alone. If an older man you don't know tries to talk to you in the water or hot tub, leave immediately and tell a parent. read more

Recently signed up for this gym and so far it's cool! For the price - I love the amenities and features they offer (sauna, recovery room, fitness classes). And I LOVE the size of the gym. I love variety when it comes to my workout environment so I love the different rooms (ie the influencer room) and various areas available. There's more than enough equipment (but not smith machines. But are there ever?) Also I typically am there in the night and although it's not TOO crowded (I have no trouble finding the things I need) - it's still way more crowded than I'm used to a gym being at that time so I can only imagine how busy it is during the day read more

I toured EOS last year but decided not to go because it was very busy at the time that I could come. My job was offering a fitness deal this year for multiple gyms and I jumped on it. I came to EOS because I knew they offer everything fitness but the winner for me was the kids club. They were one of the few gyms that offer kids care and they offer it twice a day too. Sign up for the club under my program was quick. I chose to do drop in for the kid zone and pay 5 a day. I signed my son in quick and got to working out. The front desk ladies were very nice and got me everything I needed. I will be back mostly during my sons school breaks for the childcare but EOS is def a good gym. They have cinema, a video room, boxing, sauna....the list goes on. The downfall its always busy so parking may be hard during after work hours. read more

MEHGAN CARTER is extremely UNQUALIFIED to be a trainer. I repeat Mehgan Carter should not be training anyone at EOS or any other gym. Mehgan Carter has no business being a fitness trainer. Whoever told her she make a great fitness trainer lied to her. And there's nothing medically wrong with her. That's also a lied. Somebody lied to her several times and told her that she was fly, hot and sexy and beautiful and she's nothing like that. She's nothing of the sort. Poor woman is so out of breath every time she stands up. Ry and Jason are great workers. Ry is a great leader. He respects honesty. I have had pleasure of being helped by both of these gentlemen on numerous occasions in regards of equipment around the gym. This location is probably the best bang for your buck gym. They offer ALOT for $10-$30 a month. They have multiples of popular machines but you still sometimes end up waiting a little bit due to the amount of people in the gym, but it's never that bad. The Moveos area where you can do cardio and watch movies is pretty cool, but I do think it's a waste of space, I hope they convert that space into something more useful in the future. Lastly, my only true complaint is the parking, I'm not sure what they can even do about this, but parking is rough, some days you're driving around the parking lot for 5-10 minutes before you find a space available. read more

I am deeply disappointed by the way management at EOS treated my friend Mehgan, who is a highly qualified personal trainer. A fitness manager, Ry, at EOS told her she "looked out of shape." When she asked what made him say that, he responded, "You just look like it. It's your body fat that's showing. I want my whole team to be in shape." When she explained that she lives with a chronic illness (Type 1 Diabetes) and had just started new medical equipment and medication, he dismissed it as "a good excuse" and continued to question her workout plan. No apology. No empathy. Only judgment. My friend stood tall and told him she is one of the strongest women in the gym and that she is in shape. I could not agree more. She embodies strength, resilience, and professionalism. EOS failed her and set a terrible example of how management should treat staff. On top of that, she had her transfer delayed because she caught COVID. Being high-risk, her doctor recommended rest, but she was told she "took too many days off." No one deserves to be belittled for their appearance or for living with a chronic illness. EOS needs to take accountability for this behavior and ensure that all members and staff are treated with the respect they deserve. read more

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience so other people are aware before signing up for personal training at EōS Fitness. I joined with the intention of getting healthier and was genuinely excited at first. When my friend and I signed up, we were offered a "free" personal training session. During that session, we made it very clear that we were on a tight budget and could not afford anything long-term. Because of that, we asked multiple times if we would be able to cancel at any time. Joseph, the trainer who helped us, assured us multiple times that we could cancel whenever we wanted. That reassurance is the only reason we agreed to move forward. What made things even more concerning is that Joseph told my friend and me privately that he was new and didn't fully understand what he was selling us. However, when this situation was brought up in front of management, he denied ever saying that. That was very upsetting and made us feel like we weren't being taken seriously. After the initial period, we realized we truly could not afford the ongoing cost and came back as soon as possible to cancel. Instead of being helped, we were met with resistance. The fitness manager, Mac, was especially dismissive. He told us there was nothing we could do, refused to have a proper conversation, and made us feel like we were wasting his time. We were just trying to explain our situation, but we felt brushed off and unheard. At one point, it was even implied that trying to cancel made it seem like we were doing something wrong, which was extremely uncomfortable. We were never trying to take advantage of anything--we were simply acting based on what we were told before signing up. While waiting to speak with the general manager, I also overheard two other individuals complaining about being overcharged for personal training and still being billed even after trying to cancel. Hearing that made me feel even more concerned that this might not be an isolated situation. On top of that, it has been very difficult to get in contact with anyone to resolve this. I have tried reaching out multiple times through email and phone, but I am often ignored, placed on hold for long periods, or told that a manager will call me back--and I never receive a follow-up. This has made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. The only person who seemed willing to actually listen and help was the general manager, Isreal. I genuinely appreciated that he took the time to hear us out, which was a completely different experience from what we had before. However, after that conversation, I have not received any follow-up, which has been disappointing. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and stressful. I went in excited to start a fitness journey and left feeling misled and ignored. I think it's important for others to be very careful, ask for everything in writing, and fully understand what they are signing--because what is said verbally may not match what is enforced later. I truly hope this is taken as feedback to improve communication and transparency, because no one should feel this way when simply trying to better themselves. read more

The gym itself is very spacious and offers a lot of equipment, along with trainers who are available to help you reach your fitness goals. I enjoy the variety of areas, such as being able to watch movies while working out, attend fitness classes, and the overall cleanliness of the facility. My only complaint is the lack of access control. Anyone--and I mean anyone--can walk in and use the gym. The front desk has done a poor job of checking people in, and I have personally witnessed multiple individuals who are not members come in and use the facilities. Eos is general is a convenient place for the price ! Eos is Sugarland ! Is the hot spot with the photo opp ! But the place is basically running itself ! This is going on 2 years having my membership and my 9th complaint ! Number 1 problem ! It's a 24 hour place , but why everyday between 4-5 when I'm just getting there do I have to re rack things that are missed placed and out of place from previous members ! There should be hourly to two hourly clean up crew making sure stuff is in its rightful place ! So everyday that o come I have to clean up behind people to make myself comfortable like I'm an employee. Number 2 ! The restroom and showers are always dirty !!! The showers are the worst ! And the counter space always has something and if i happen not to wipe the area down a risk of getting something on my clothes ! One time I got bleach on my uniform and just yesterday I got oil on my clothes ! Again these has to be a system that is in place that has someone designated to go in a check ! I only see these people change the trash bags ! Number 3 ! There isn't anybody in front to check people in ! Anybody is coming in sketchy and all ! Number 4 ! The classes are boring ! Number 5 ! When you complain in person there isn't any feedback ever ! No resolution ! No call back ! Yesterday I morning I asked to speak to someone this was 6 am .. called at lunch and left my info , I had to go up there and ask to speak to the manager . She was sweet and did sit down a talked to me but to tell all of the problems that she's having in the gym herself and that she is doing her best to fix things... That's great . But I'm not trying to hear that we obviously have the same problem.. how are you going to help me ? I've been a member of EOS since the location on Allen parkway opened. As this location opened, I made it my home gym because of the space, equipment, and energy. However, this EOS location has declined in maintenance and service. Paper towels are often empty or dispensers are broken, equipment is often broken and left that way weeks at a time, locker rooms and showers are often dirty, and water fountains taste funny. EOS is unintentionally encouraging disrespect for the space, creating an unwelcoming environment for those of us who clean after ourselves. EOS needs to do better. There is no reason why their shittier competitors manage cleaning and sanitation much better than EÖS. EOS should be able to do the same. I've also noticed some staff members seem unwelcoming, inattentive or straight up rude. I had signed up for personal training sessions, was switched around multiple times with different trainers and after the last one pulled a no call/no show, I was left up in the air with no training sessions all while still being billed. I had to talk to multiple people in person to resolve the issue. After speaking to multiple members, almost everyone has had an unpleasant experience with Ry who I believe is one of the managers. He is often dismissive, rude, or has poor taste on what he deems appropriate to share with others. Deeming others as "out of shape" without considering factors that aren't visible to you such as health conditions or genetics creates an overall toxic and uninviting environment for everyone. Looking like a bodybuilder isn't the blueprint of fitness for all. With consistent floor maintenance and attention to member needs, these issues could be easily fixed. Despite this, I noticed in late August that we were still being charged -- inconsistently, one month on one account, the next month on another. I raised this issue multiple times with the GM, but little to nothing was done. I was told emails would be sent, but there has been no resolution. I even escalated the matter by contacting EOS executives, including BILL KIPP, DENNIS BAIROS, and CORIN BRYANT, but I have not received a single response in over three weeks. The customer service is very poor. What started as a small mistake on EOS's side could have been resolved quickly and easily. A simple deposit or even a proactive phone call from EOS could have corrected the problem long ago. Instead, their lack of action has turned it into a much bigger issue for me than it ever should have been. This is extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and disappointing. EOS Fitness has failed to resolve a simple billing issue and has ignored loyal members. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this gym to anyone. read more

EOS Fitness Sugar Land: This has been the worst gym experience I've ever had. I canceled my membership back in July 2025, yet EOS Fitness continued charging me until October -- and even took the annual fee for next year! When I went to the front desk to ask about the charges, the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. One of the ladies even started laughing with another employee, saying she was "above her" and that there was nothing they could do about it. It was disrespectful and humiliating. Excellent gym that's going to go south really fast if they don't start paying more attention. When they first opened, you'd see employees walking the gym, but now I don't see the same concern. They also are signing up way too many people. Parking takes at least 5 minutes, and you spend a lot of time waiting for people who are chatting and giggling on the equipment to get off so you can use it. Twice, I've seen people vaping in the middle of the gym which is just stupid. So, much of the problem is due to the members themselves All in all, it's a great gym. I just see some red flags that I hope they nip in the bud. read more

June 19th Power outage and no email sent out beforehand. Waste of my preworkout and morning. * Gym is overcrowded and filthy. They need to stop signing up new people when it's over capacity. The patrons here are entitled, don't know what they're doing, constantly on their phones at the machines and have terrible form. * First month the equipment was great but now a lot is broken and still isn't fixed. Not enough cardio machines. There shouldn't be a line to use a treadmill. * Never enough parking, you can forget about going after 4PM. Just to go PF or Fitness Connection down the street at this point. * Front desk people are nice but one of the trainer (tall with glasses and tattoos) has a horrible rude attitude almost always. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a gym, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. The front office/sales staff, particularly Rye and Nathan, are unprofessional, rude, and completely dismissive. Saying we're discontent would be an understatement. The gym is consistently overcrowded, and towel service is unreliable despite being part of the membership. We had to raise complaints multiple times just to receive basic amenities. When we tried to downgrade our membership due to not being able to access what we were paying for, we were ignored and then belittled by the sales staff. I personally witnessed Rye, over the course of four months, ignore and mistreat other gym members as well. His behavior reflects a serious lack of customer service values and needs to be addressed immediately. Overall, this gym is a major disappointment.... poor service, overcrowded conditions, and staff who make you feel like a burden. Spend your money elsewhere.
