I invested in my health by starting personal training three times a week with Cida on September 1st. Cida is so motivating and encouraging at every workout!! It is hard work but isn't everything in life that is worthwhile!! Cida is very holistic in her approach to personalizing fitness for me in looking beyond exercise to diet, sleep, and stress management. On the days when I do not work with Cida one on one she has motivated me to move every day by going to her fun Zumba classes or walking with my husband Ed (up to 3 miles now!!) As a hospital pharmacist I deal with job stress at work while caring for my patients but now I am sleeping so much better every night and have more energy during the day to deal with any situation both at work and at home. I am very excited that I have already lost 2 inches in my waist and can fit in smaller clothes that were already in my closet!! Cidafitness and the owner, Cida, is a gem. I would look no other place for a trainer in Sugar Land. I was raised in Sugar Land and moved back home after a car accident. After two months of training with Cida, I feel stronger than I did before getting into the accident! I was prepared to join a gym to find the best trainer in Sugar Land so I researched Lifetime, LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness- you name it I looked into it. Take Lifetime for instance - you pay upwards of $75 a month and then on top of that you pay upwards of $100 an hour for a personal trainer that might not really care about you because there's so much turnover at a gym. Cidafitness is different. Cida really understands functional cross training and how to get different body types to look fit and tone and most important, to stay strong. I have been training with Cida at Cida Fitness for about 8 months and love the transformation I have seen in myself.
