When I called to ask, person who answered first said that no one moved the appointment, when I said I have messages, she changed her wording quickly and said that they never book 3:45pm on Saturday. When I mentioned My appointment was previously booked in store, she said that my appointment was moved because my waxer is not available and I was informed via text message. Which was straight lie as she was saying and the way she was making excuses. And i told I did not get message. I've never seen rude or unprofessional behavior from any of the teachers. I've seen unprofessional behavior from some students occasionally but the teachers put a stop to it. After all this is a school and btw has a top rating from the state of Illinois. I looked into it before my granddaughter went to school there. They were extremely helpful in making sure she knew her stuff and was ready for the state boards. If you want this type of career you won't find a better school but like anything worth having you will have to work at it , but you won't find a better school to make sure you succeed!
