It is in a quiet room with one other pedicure chair, with low lighting, soft music playing, and fresh smelling aromatherapy. I'm not a huge fan of scents but they used real essential oils (not fragrance), and they were so calming and pleasant. The pedicure starts with a brief foot soak in a warm and relaxing seat. Once you soak for a few minutes they give you a blanket, a warm neck wrap, and recline the chair to zero gravity, and give you an eye cover. I genuinely fell asleep as soon as she started to massage my feet. The experience was 10/10, and I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone! Thanks Sam for an amazing pedicure.

So I told her I will see them at my scheduled time3:45pm, so I can have lunch inbetween. One minute after the call, i get a message that please confirm my appointment at 3:30pm. When I called to ask, person who answered first said that no one moved the appointment, when I said I have messages, she changed her wording quickly and said that they never book 3:45pm on Saturday. When I mentioned My appointment was previously booked in store, she said that my appointment was moved because my waxer is not available and I was informed via text message. Which was straight lie as she was saying and the way she was making excuses. And i told I did not get message. Due to their insincere work ethics and lies to customers, I refuse to go back to this facility. My mom also got a pedicure and suffers from chronic ingrown toenails. She was so impressed with how much work was done to try to prevent them in the future. While most of the nail techs don't speak English very well, there is a front desk girl that does. I find this especially helpful over the phone where it's harder to understand a heavier accent.
