Arrived 15 minutes before closing time on Sunday. A short fat AA man, very rudely provided me with the Chris Benoit neck cutting signal, as he locked the door as I approached the facility. I complained and received a call from management the same day that this place observes EST, along with a history as to why it observes the time. However, I expect better customer service! Especially, from the amount of money I spent in the past. I will order online for now own. read more

I searched for cigars and this popped up, so I decided to give it a try with a buddy. The selection of cigars was actually impressive. With nothing better to do with our time, we gave the smoking lounge a shot. We were not disappointed in the least. There was no shortage of cutters, lighters, ash trays, or super comfortable recliners surrounding the television. The people were all very welcoming and quick to let us know that there was a fridge stocked with drinks. I'm definitely stopping back by tomorrow and would highly recommend it as a place to shop and then relax! read more

Largest humidor in the Tri Cities area. If I'm wrong tell me so I can check it out. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. There is a lounge that, but I haven't experienced that yet. Cigars are priced for every taste. read more
