I…read moreadmit the first time I walked through the doors it was a little intimidating as the WOD that day included box jumps and I never thought I would be able to do that. Despite the trepidation I signed up for a membership. I soon found out through scaling, modifications and showing up regardless of the WOD programming, the movements I thought were impossible soon became the possible. I was encouraged to write down my times/scores and that gave me an incredible visual as far as my fitness progress went - I could see the results! After 3 1/2 years, I really couldn't imagine myself anywhere else. I love the variety and the challenge that CrossFit provides and CrossFit Fargo has an incredible community. I'm so appreciative to Jess and Jeremy for all that they do to foster a great environment and to all the other Coaches at CFF whose primary goal is to help us become better. I have a genuine feeling that I missed out on something if I wasn't able to go to class - I never thought I would say that about any workout. I've visited other CrossFit boxes when I have traveled and quickly realized how spoiled I am with the facility and equipment that we have - and it is always getting better. Tried to play this course twice. Wednesday is Ladies league day & Thursday is Mens league. I went…read morein person on Thursday after I was told on the phone on Wednesday I could not get on because of Ladies league. When I arrived Thursday there was a total of 9 cars in the parking lots. I was told there was no tee times because of Men's league. As I looked for other local courses I witnessed 2 groups of threes Tee off with a 17 min gap between. So out of curiosity I waited and the next threesome teed off 22 min later. I would think if this course is so busy they would have less gap in tee times. Or they would fill in with a single like myself go the added revenue. Road in and parking lots are gravel. So dust blows across 2-3 tee boxes, greens & fairways if a vehicle drives up. Handicap parking is almost 200feet from the clubhouse. No handicap parking at driving range. Driving range parking lot is gravel & unkempt. I've heard the course is nice, unfortunately I was not able to see it firsthand.

The level of instruction is very good, and the level of competition from the other students matches this very well. I rolled with numerous students and none of them was anything other than respectful and courteous. They have nothing to prove here, and their confidence shows. George and Sarah emphasize drilling with a couple of days per week devoted to rolling. The classes include both women and men, but Sarah seemed to spend more time rolling with the women. This seems to me to work well if you are a woman who will roll with anyone or someone who wants to roll with women only. There is also Thai boxing taught here as a curriculum which looks very good also, but I didn't take any of those classes. If you are looking to roll BJJ in Fargo, look no further than Fargo Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!

She is quite funny and makes every class enjoyable and made me feel at ease every class. I asked her to install a zip line for my entrance but she refused. Regardless of that still 5/5 from me. Definitely recommend! Brand new to pole or seasoned vet... either way she has something for everyone. Go have fun!
