I called fm locksmith for help thank god they answered. I called to see if they would help me with an ignition cylinder and a key that I wore out opening coke bottles Several years ago. I had ran into this problem before and took out the ignition cylinder and took it to a different locksmith. They did fix the cylinder so that the key would fit in the cylinder teeth. But I forgot to change out the door cylinders after using my one key for Ignition and Door the key wore out and not working in the ignition again. I called to see if you could help me with calibrating my cylinder to key and extra key just for doors he offered help by telling me to go see the first locksmith and telling him the situation thank you. read more

FM Lock rekeyed my entire house and storage room to the same key cuts a couple years ago. My locksmith was very fast AND knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I wanted. I worked for Hill's Bros Lock and Safe for 7 years. One of the best locksmiths in Orange County, possibly west of the Rockies so I can tell a great locksmith when I see his/her work and speed and the ability to understand exactly what the customer needs or wants. I have NEVER had a problem with my Lock or keys since he rekeyed them. Even in 100+ degrees or below freezing weather when the metal swells and contracts my locks and keys work perfectly. I just called to see if they had a blank for my '99 Dodge Ram in stock (a lot of locksmiths have to order them because they carry as little of inventory as possible) but yep F&M has it. I highly recommend this shop for mobile service or in store merchandise and service. read more

I am a self employed heavy equipment mechanic and lost my customers key to a piece of equipment. I went to the store and spoke to the guy inside, he advised me to call Steve who would perform the work. Steve was willing to go to the equipment in Perris, and quoted me. then asked if I was still at their site, met me about 10 min later and was able to get me taken care of immediately. upon payment requested a call back to be sure the key worked out, which I did. most unpleasant experience.. bad attitude ! so i show up to my business at 7 am and try to open my door but the key wont turn ,, i try and try and try but no use . i tried to search a lock smith in hemet and this business name shows up .. i call the 24/7 number and this guy answered saying that he is in the shower ( why did you answer) so i call again after 10 min and the same guy says .. im still in the shower ( again ,,why did you answer ) he gives me a number for someone else ..i call and call and call but no hope .. so i wait another 10 minutes and call again ..the guy this time says : you called me three times and am in the shower .. I purchased property in Hemet after being recently widowed. I needed the locks on the security doors and front and back doors. I purchased locks, deadbolts, etc,, and paid to have the locks installed. I also purchased a large safe and had it installed by this company. I do not feel in retrospect that my business was wanted or valued. The reasons I believe that was the actions of the company. The person sent to rekey my locks was Mark and he clearly was not happy to be in my house doing any work. It made me feel very uncomfortable in my house. I have never had anyone act so rude who was sent to my home for services. Daniel installed the large, floor safe I bought that was expensive. It had an electrical outlet in the safe, which needed someplace to be plugged in after the installation. The safe was bolted to the floor in the only spot that would cover, make inaccessible, the only electrical outlet in that room. Daniel told me with a smile that the safe blocked the electrical outlet, rendering the safe made for storage of electronics such as an Ipad useless. He did not say he would fix it or he was sorry that I wasted my money on a safe that I can't use for the reasons purchased. Again, I don't know the reason my business was not wanted or respected. Perhaps because I was a widow. Perhaps the color of my skin. All I know is that my safe was installed in a way to prevent me from using as I want. My last and final trip to that store I brought my newly married husband with me and he was treated quite rudely as well. I don't need to spend my money were I am not respected as a person or taken advantage of because I am a woman. read more
