I began to enjoy the idea of clean, shiny teeth. Then Dr. Carl and I discussed my treatment needs and how to best address them. I chose which issue to solve first and he said okay. It seems to me that Dr. Carl is highly skilled and highly motivated, but also modest. I waited a long time to find the right dentist for me and I feel much relief now.

They could not get the shape or shade of my implant correct to match my other front tooth. I have had to drive to Arlington Heights twice for a Color match- those goes 2 hours of my time, each time. Two times they had to drill off the implant to put a new one in. This is the 4th time going back to have this "fixed" and the implant color STILL doesn't match my color of my other teeth and now my tooth next to it is longer than the implant I get it it's my front tooth it's hard to match to the other front but when I suggested crowing the one next to it to match the doctor said no. I was also told that due to "my case" they will no longer do front crowns without doing 2 or 4 of the front. They also made me sign a waiver. Way to make me feel like shit for something they should have done right the first time. Have they been accommodating in trying to fix it each time- yes- but this has been a joke trying to get it fixed. I tried to be understanding but it's still not right and I'm not going back for a 5th time. I went in today for a cleaning and an issue with a tooth where a crown hadn't been properly put on, and I've had sensitivity in that tooth for a couple of years. Each time ai expressed this to them, I was told it would get better. Today they recommended putting dental filling on the gap where the root is exposed and then trying to charge me $25 for numbing cream rather than fix the issue. It's unfortunate, but I will not be returning. I understand mistakes happen, but to offer to put a band aid on a prior error and then ask me to pay for cream to dull the pain is a rather poor customer experience.

Doc does great work - fillings, fixing cracked teeth, crowns - you name it. Located in a small, clean office in Orland Park they have a super nice staff. His wife, Joanne, is the office manager & handles all the paperwork/biling, etc. I love this place. He's gentle & considerate when doing work. They always have been able to get myself or wife in if there's a dental emergency as well. You always hear about the horror stories of dentists charging for work not performed or doing work (cavities, crowns, root canals) that aren't needed. Dr. Tsoukalas and his wife are as honest as they come.

She always takes the time to explain every procedure, why it's being done, and answers all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Andrea and Liza are also incredibly kind and welcoming--they make every visit comfortable from the moment I walk in. I originally went in because years of grinding my teeth had started chipping them away, to the point where I actually broke one. Dr. Hamdan recommended trying Botox for my TMJ and grinding. I had never had Botox before, and it honestly wasn't something I was looking to do. But if it meant protecting my teeth, I was willing to give it a try. Two weeks later, I can confidently say my grinding has decreased by about 80%. I barely clench my jaw anymore, the constant pressure and soreness are gone, and it's made a huge difference in my day-to-day comfort. As a bonus, it even slimmed my jawline a bit! Between the Botox treatment and my new crown, I'm extremely happy with the results. I couldn't recommend Dr. Hamdan and her team enough

"Doctor" Lina Hamden completely BUTCHERED my tooth. I went in for a simple surface cavity filling…read moreand left with my tooth shaved flat and to a tiny point that cut my tongue up. She numbed me with novocaine and then kept asking "does that feel ok now." I had no idea what she was doing or what "ok" meant. I'm completely numb, how am I supposed to know that I'm biting on a filling? So she just kept shaving more and more of my tooth off. When I accused her of being rushed in an email I was told that she took her time. So I guess I will say that she very thoughtfully and methodically shaved the inside of my molar flat and to a tiny sharp point. For weeks until I could get into another dentist I chewed on one side and had headaches and jaw pain. I can't believe that my bite is never going to line up and again and my tooth will feel misshapen and deformed from now on. Now the right side of my jaw clicks because my teeth don't line up. I wake up every morning in shock because I can't believe someone would do this to me. On top of that, this "dentist" and the rest of the staff seem to have no idea what's going on. When I initially came in for a cleaning I asked for an out-of-pocket quote for a mouthguard and was told it was a little over $500. Also, I asked about making an appointment for both the cavity and to fix a loose filling, but was told to only do one at a time. When I get there for my filling appointment I was told that the appointment was for both, even though I only made the appointment for the cavity filling. I was also told by the receptionist that they hadn't heard back about the night guard. Then 10 minutes later the "dentist" tells me that insurance denied it and it was about $900. On top of that, when I told them what I was originally quoted for, they basically called me a liar saying they have no idea how I would even get that information. After she ruined my tooth, she did offer for me to come back and look at it, but if this person can't even complete a routine filling without ruining my tooth, I would have to be crazy to go back and let her cause more damage. I had to go to another dentist who was absolutely shocked at how horrible of a job she did. He did his best to smooth it out, but it's still jagged and catches my tongue. On top of that, they billed my insurance and billed me and then wouldn't even reply to my email when I told them they owed me a reimbursement.
