The office is really big and clean. There were a lot of people ahead of me but we all got taken back rather quickly. No long wait at all. My hygienist was Kay and I absolutely loved her! She made me so comfortable and at ease. Super sweet and attentive. The ladies in the front and the doctor were also great! They give you a treatment plan and talk about pricing before they do anything and everything is very easy to understand. I'm no longer anxious about the dentist. I can't wait to come back next month! Dr Starr was my child's dentist and he completed the fillings did not check the bite and stood up and said we needed to find another dentist because he was traumatized. Really? He did not finish the work, discharged him, the office said they can drop a patient at any time for any reason. The office manager stated there are two sides to every story but did note there were no notes in the system as to why he dropped him and did not complete the work. I was in the room and there was nothing done on my child's end except raising his arm when he was in pain. Pitiful excuse for a dental office. I would not recommend anyone go here!

Having two small children "spend their day off at dentist" we were honestly dreading the wait; however, this dentist office was ready for us! They have a great immediate wait room but the icing on cake is the wait room for families in the back. It's close to where dental work is being performed. We could hear the RDA tending patiently to our stubborn 5yr old while entertaining our 8yr old. Its not just a great waiting room. The dental service was thorough and kids felt comfortable. I met Dr. Vu within 6 weeks of that event, as I needed a crown performed. I was very emotional because my Uncle Danny had been my dentist for my whole life. The dentist I saw last year (with different insurance) never mentioned any problem areas. So I got their second opinion. The crown recommended for one of the teeth had chipping... so just a fill. A crown was recommended for a tooth not noted by Louisiana Family Dental was recommended. But the difference here? They explained why I needed it. Second opinion charged me nothing for their exam. Their prices were cheaper for the crowns and the dentist explained everything she would be doing before even having me open wide. If you wanna get scammed, come here. Just look at all the reviews... In the process of getting better insurance. Pretty grateful that the second opinion accepts it.
