Having two small children "spend their day off at dentist" we were honestly dreading the wait; however, this dentist office was ready for us! They have a great immediate wait room but the icing on cake is the wait room for families in the back. It's close to where dental work is being performed. We could hear the RDA tending patiently to our stubborn 5yr old while entertaining our 8yr old. Its not just a great waiting room. The dental service was thorough and kids felt comfortable. I was told they had multiple appt times available. We chose 2pm. I set everything up with the woman on the phone and she told us to arrive at 1:45 to do paperwork. Sounded great. About 30 mins later, I got a call from a different number, another lady from their office saying she needed to verify some info about the appt. She asked about what my husband needed and confirmed that he was cash pay. She then said his appt was at 1:30 and we needed to arrive at 1:15. I hung up and called back to confirm if the appt time was at 1:30 or 2. The same woman (Tracy) said the appt was for 2 but we could come at 1:45. So we arrived around 1:30 anyway. My husband filled out the papers and waited. Multiple people were taken back before him. A little after 2 he asked the women at the desk how long it would be. They told him that they were just running behind and that it would be a little longer. So he waited. Around 2:30, he asked again and was told that his appt was actually for 4pm so he would have to wait. He got irritated and stated how we were told his appt was for 2. Another lady jumped in and said that she heard them this morning book the appt for 2 so she didn't understand why they were saying 4. Anyway, he complained so a few mins later they brought him back and did xrays only to tell him they couldn't do his cleaning that he asked for because they were trying to make him get a bunch of other more expensive services when all he wanted was a basic cleaning. So I guess the $129 service that we were quoted for over the phone wasn't enough and they wanted more. Well, they got nothing and lost a patient. Super unprofessional and unorganized!

Dr Starr was my child's dentist and he completed the fillings did not check the bite and stood up and said we needed to find another dentist because he was traumatized. Really? He did not finish the work, discharged him, the office said they can drop a patient at any time for any reason. The office manager stated there are two sides to every story but did note there were no notes in the system as to why he dropped him and did not complete the work. I was in the room and there was nothing done on my child's end except raising his arm when he was in pain. Pitiful excuse for a dental office. I would not recommend anyone go here!

They are on top of things - they run your insurance and let you know ahead of time of any out of pocket expenses that you might have. Very personable and knowledgeable (all female, Yas!) staff. They do a great job. I also like how they look up your benefits and tell you preventative things that you can get for little to no cost and when the benefit expires. That's invaluable to a busy single working parent! They have a waiting area in the back so that you can wait on your kids and rest, work or watch tv. There's even a video game in there. I have gone in with one of the kids and had a bit of a wait even though we had an appointment, but had not experienced that again so they must have had an emergency come in or something.
