I cannot go without my laptop so I was all set to have them come out to my home or bring it in right away. Instead, Roger offered to look at my computer remotely. It was a memory issue. Unfortunately for me the ASUS I bought only had 4 MB of memory and wasn't upgradable. I bought a new laptop and took both computers to Roger. For a very REASONABLE fee, Roger switched everything over. I will not go anywhere else and neither should you for any computer service.

They had a router I could purchase and they would set up (not included). The router quit working 2 months later. They told me to contact the company (Ubiquiti--Aircube). The troubleshoot community had similar issues with no resolutions. Trying to contact support, the product is no longer listed. Calling Intermax again, they refused to take back the faulty router. DO NOT buy a router through this company. Buy a router through a company that stands behind their sales. Update: a couple of weeks later Intermax apologized and offered a free replacement. They are working to fix this issue. I am happy with their service and their customer service follow up.
