He did diagnostic tests to make sure it was only my screen that was busted and not the whole computer. We took it in on Monday afternoon and got it back by Thursday afternoon. DO NOT buy a router through this company. Buy a router through a company that stands behind their sales. Update: a couple of weeks later Intermax apologized and offered a free replacement.
