His estimate was reasonable and his explanation as to how he would tackle the job was excellent. Based on our conversation, we hired Daniel to complete the job while we were away on vacation. Daniel came prior to our departure to prep the job (install flush mount wooden floor grates, replace a door saddle that was broken, etc). On the day we left, Daniel came to move a solid oak table and a large couch that we were unable to move ourselves. There was no additional charge for this service (we removed the remaining furniture from the areas being worked on). Daniel completed the job over a three day period while we were away. After it was completed, our adult son met Daniel to inspect the job and to satisfy the balance due. My son shared pictures of Daniel's workmanship. The floors came out absolutely amazing and unlike the last person who worked on the floors, there were no stains or marks in untreated areas and the cleanup was extraordinary. Daniel and my son also moved the table and couch back into place. We returned from vacation a couple of days ago and got to view the end result was better in person than the pictures conveyed. Within a few minutes of submitting my info, I received a phone call. We briefly discussed the project details and that same day, Daniel showed up to walk the job. He provided me with a quote on the spot and spoke to me about timeline and approach. Between his reviews, responsiveness and ability to provide numbers same day, Daniel got the job. I work in high-end construction; I can tell Daniel is one of the good guys you don't find very often. He showed up on time, every day. He properly communicated his progress each day. He never cut corners. He was always transparent about any concerns and made sure to call me. With his work effort strong, Daniel transformed my entire house. It was built in 1926 and is located near the beach. Needless to say, the original hardwood floors took a real beating. In fact, the floors were in such bad shape I considered layering another floor on top. I am so glad I did not do that, and it's thanks to Daniel's attention to detail. Daniel is a one-man team who brings consistent quality to your project. He used top notch tools and equipment, hand sanded where needed, replaced bad sections, filled holes, cleaned, vacuumed + more. This company installed a 6' vinyl fence at my home 2 years ago and all was fine...last winter…read moreduring a wind storm, 2 of the vertical posts started to lean back...and were about to fall. I contacted the company and they responded and sent a repair man out...all he did was shove concrete and stones down the hole while pushing the post back into a vertical position and I was charged $200 for the response and supposed repair...this year once again, because the repair was not done properly, during a windstorm 2 sections of the fence fell and the post that had the concrete/stones pushed down to support it fell and broke...now they want $750 to repair the fence...all it needs is one vertical post all other sections are still good and not broken...I asked if they would reduce the cost to $500 and they refused, saying the $750 was a firm price. I'm sorry, but if they would have repaired the fence properly in the first place by resetting the concrete and post, this wouldn't have happened. I would not recommend them again for any type of repair. I'm still open to hearing from them to work out a repair but not for $750. And I'm willing to update my review if this happens. VP Patchogue

There wasn't any hesitation, reasonable priced, good communication and patient listeners. Robert's a straight shooter, doesn't promise anything he cant deliver and confident in all he can do. We were blown away how fast and meticulous Robert and his crew were, they installed cabinets, countertops and backsplash, ran new elect lines; replaced 1/ wall in a wk and 1/2! Multiple workers working list a well oiled machine and Oscar, what can we say but OUTSTANDING! The cleanest, most meticulous worker, he was a pleasure to speak with and watch. They were on time every day, Robert visits the work site many times over the course of each day, the crew is clean, skilled & professional and a week later we are in LOVE with our new kitchen! The designer did a beautiful job (but she is no longer there). We had a large renovation done that…read moreincluded the kitchen, dining room and LVP flooring. While we had no issues during the process, shortly after the floor was sinking in multiple places. The contractor returned and placed a saddle in one area. Saddles were included in my contract (two separate contracts one for materials and one for labor), so we had paid for both even though they initially didn't use saddles. There was no refund given for the unused materials and work that was never done. They returned again to "lift" the kitchen subfloor. At this point they had to remove the new LVP, so they used our warranty to replace the flooring. The floor continues to sink in multiple areas. They suggested placing multiple saddles throughout my floor. They claimed the floor manufacturer said I needed them, so I don't know why I wasn't told or why it wasn't done during the initial installation. I asked when they open the floor and see the subfloor is unlevel would they do the honorable thing and return my money to me so I can have my floor repaired. I was told the subfloor is level and we are no longer discussing it. They hold no accountability. On top of all of this, they have photos of my home including personal information of where we live, personal details of our family and refuse to take it down. What customer ever wants this!? They have now blocked me on social media, and fail to communicate responsibly. All I would like is the money returned to me for the flooring that is now garbage because they have to take it apart to level underneath, the money paid to do the work that wasn't done correctly, reimbursement for what was paid out but never used. This is a major inconvenience to have to go through construction again. This has been dragged out too long, own up to your mistakes and Do the right thing. be warned and stay far away from this company.
