The damage he did cost me more in repairs to my home than what it cost to replace windows not only do I need to replace the windows he installed, but I need to repair the damage he did to the home. He cut holes in my siding and left it. He tried to cover up the damage with silicone. Damaged my roof flashing, no weather barrier or insulation. Holes in the frames of the windows. Windows are the incorrect size. And the list goes on. He clearly has no idea what he is doing. I had seven contractors come to give me estimates for the repair and they couldn't believe what they saw. I had to select the star to post a review but I give him zero stars. I would post photos if I could. He would never even come back to discuss the damage in person.

I'm still waiting for the estimate for, let alone scheduling of, the work. Many text messages (they *do not* answer their phone - it goes straight to voicemail, telling you to text them) later, they've stopped even replying to text messages. Town finally came to inspect, gave them 4 weeks notice, still never came. Was fined by town for certain things with ramp when contacted them (ONLY Through Text, because they never answered phone) Maria the wife told me "DO NOT CONTACT US ANYMORE YOU COULD OF HAD ANY HANDY MAN REPAIR IT". Paid someone to come in and fix their mess, never secured post with screws so anyone leaning on ramp could fall, microwave never mounted to the wall plate. They take your money and don't guarantee any of their work. I recommended to other people and they said the same thing, nice while they are doing the work but don't guarantee or back their work. Remodeled enclosed patio over $8,000 installed windows, paneling gave me new sliding door they had at their house from another job, windows leak was told it will always do that nothing they can do. Really ??? Carpet to wood floors, Spacing from all the rooms to the saddles. Was told "let floor settle we'll come back and fix".........PS never came back gaps still there. Deck stairs painted few hundred $100s', year later peeled, had someone come in and do said stairs were never sanded and used wrong pain that is why it didn't last long. They took my money and my mother's (who is 75) money. We trusted them in our home gave them job after job with no hesitations to what was needed to be done, and when we contact to fix the wheel chair ramp of all things you snub us??? No way to do business. Unethical & unprofessional, they make you feel comfortable and at this point don't want another elderly person to be suckered by them.
