I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding the behavior and conduct of certain coaches…read morewithin the teams, The Fire hawks and the Volts, youth sports program. It is extremely troubling to witness behavior that does not align with the standards expected in a program designed for young children. Specifically, I have observed and/or been made aware of the following issues: Inappropriate language: Coaches using profanity during practices and games in the presence of young players. Bullying behavior: Instances where coaches have spoken harshly, belittled, or intimidated children rather than encouraging and supporting them. Alcohol use: Concerns that coaches have consumed alcohol before or during events, which is highly inappropriate and unsafe in a youth sports environment. These actions not only violate basic expectations of professionalism but also create an unhealthy and potentially harmful environment for the children. Youth sports programs should promote teamwork, respect, confidence, and positive development--not fear or discomfort. I respectfully request that this matter be taken seriously and investigated promptly. It would be helpful to review and enforce the organization's code of conduct for coaches, and to take appropriate corrective action to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and would welcome any updates on how this situation will be addressed.

Everything about this place sucks. You need to make a reservation on the app oh and everyone in your party needs the app just to make the reservation, you need a key fob (that's good for nothing except the indoor gym...?), you need people to actually be at the front desk in order to get a key to actually open the courts. Not to mention if you make a reservation on the app thats after the time that the office closes your screwed because there is no way to get a key to open the courts, keep in mind there is no mention of picking up a key beforehand or any sort of remedy on the app when you make the reservation so if you expect to play anytime after the office closes (at 5pm on the weekends btw???) your pretty much SOL. I'm sure that these precautions have been put in place because of issues in the past but it makes it impossible for people who actually live in Fairfield to enjoy the facility that WE PAY FOR. Something needs to change because it really should not be this hard.

I called in and requested to put my account on hold for 3 month while we went on summer vacations, master pae said that is not possible so I simply said okay then stop payment all together. He said he would have his office call me, that was back in may. It's not July 22 and they reached out trying to get money for June and July...saying I still had a month left on this "contract". Her name is Carmi, she went on and on until I finally told her that I would rather deal with this in court. I never signed a contract stating I was obligated to any amount of time at this place. Carmi seemed to think I would some how just pay a bunch of money when we haven't been to, heard from or seen anything from this TKD place since back in may when we last went. Since talking to this Carmi it is apparent that this place is definitely all about the money and they are reaching for this one.

However, we have nothing but great things to say about Master Pae. My little one is known to be wild and with limited focus, but his respect and close attention to Master Pae was almost immediate! We have taken several life lessons home with us and applied them to our daily routines... not only did our son learn but so did my husband and I! The children we watched in class have excellent focus and respect for their elders. This is not a free-for-all playground... this is a school for learning discipline, focus, and technique and for serious students only. Master Pae makes all expectations clear before joining, and not only is that great for teaching but also great business practice.
