One clean female restroom and one male restroom. Let's not everyone have to go at the same time. The courts are so small their 3 point shooter line was also the court boundary line that made my son a unhappy camper... He plays point guard with a mean three pointer shot. The basketball players kept hitting the padded wall when they went out of bound. LOL The gym is an aluminum storage building with limited parking. Towards the middle of the day it got hot up in there... You'll probably miss the street to turn on to get to the gym if it's your first or second time there and what's up with GPS, Navigation system, Google or what ever you use for directions, man it takes you out and around and back just to reach your destination. What gives??? I'm pretty sure I'm not the only driver to experience this mishap every time I use one of those apps listed. Over all I rated this gym 3 stars because the young man selling tickets to enter was very people friendly. O'yea they were selling your common targeted kid foodies at a high price. The golf course has been one of the better ones I've played on, and it's great having three 9-hole courses to pick from. The pro shop generally has a good selection of equipment and clothing, and members get 20% off on clothes. Sports like pickleball and tennis are available. Also, groups that play games like mahjong and poker meet here to play. The main restaurant, the Red Wolf Bar & Grille, has many choices with a seasonal menu and monthly drink specials. The waitstaff are friendly and attentive, and if you buy the X-Life add-on to your membership, it's well worth it if you eat at the restaurant at least a few times per month. Special weekly events, like Tasting Tuesdays and Pasta Night on Thursdays, add variety by offering items not on the regular menu. The outdoor restaurant, the Tourn, often has live music and other events. If you live in the area, especially within in Hearthstone or surrounding neighborhoods, Hearthstone Country Club is a great place for activities with family and friends.

David has individualized the sessions for my son who plays football and wrestles at Cy Falls HS. As a high performing athlete you strive to be in better physical condition than your competition. Whether that competition is your own teammate (fighting for the starting position) or an on field/court/mat competitor. Genesis gives him that edge. The truth is the schools can't and don't offer a program that gets you to that level. GENESIS does and has done so for my son. David and his staff have developed individualized programs that not only prepare him for Football and Wrestling seasons, but keep him in peak shape DURING the season. Austin's speed, strength, stamina, explosiveness and athletic performance have improved substantially since he started at Genesis. Without question, there are few athletes at Cy Falls in his physical condition, which is due to his hard work, his desire to get better and the training/guidance of the Genesis staff. In addition to the training, Austin has been able to network with other top performing athletes in his sports that also work out at Genesis. Working out and with District/State Champions, College Athletes and other high performing athletes allows him to see the dedication it takes to get to those levels. Athletes at those levels push each other harder and don't slack off in the weight room. It also gives him a change to talk technique, tactics and strategy and build friendships with athletes he would not normally have access to. As a former Southwest Conference athlete (yes I'm that old), I am seriously envious of the training my son gets at Genesis and as every old guy does, I think how much better I could have been with this type of training. It is equal or exceeds many D-1 training/performance programs. It really is that good. In fact, if you think your son is already in peak condition, I would challenge you to letting him try a week at Genesis. I believe you will be shocked at how much better he can get and that he was not in as good as shape as you/he thought he was. Several others have taken my challenge and lost. Their kids are now working out at Genesis with Austin and becoming better athletes in the process. SO what do I really think. If your child is willing to do the work (they work their butt's off - watch the videos or just stop by), to be in absolute top physical condition when he/she is competing. Desires the advantage that peak physical conditioning gives one athlete over the other, than Genesis without a doubt is the place to send him/her. The reality is if you desire to be "All District / District Champion" or more you have to work harder than your competition. If your willing to do the work, Genesis will give you a serious edge in obtaining your goal.

We could see what the new director wanted to do but the owners won't let her take charge. The owners do not know how to talk to anyone! Only the director should be dealing with them behind the scenes; not staff, and especially not parents...THE OWNERS NEED TO TAKE A STEP BACK and let her do her job as a director. Until they do that, I don't see this place lasting through the year as they keep loosing staff and kids without gaining any new ones.
