The studio is easy to find with its own parking lot and ample spaces to park. The studio is clean, spacious and BRIGHT which is a huge plus for me! I don't understand how many of the workout studios fashion themselves in the style of a club or bar lately, with very dimly lit space, especially for a Pilates studio where you will need to SEE to adjust the spring and other settings on the reformer. So this is a distinct YES for me. Liz is very welcoming, efficient and offers demo as well as modifications for different capabilities. The class was challenging but doable and I can see myself returning to take more classes!

So the music is really really loud and then the instructor is blaring with her voice and the workout was hard as hell. Can't complain about the workout but the environment was overly stimulating in a bad way. Maybe two turns down on the volume would be great.

I can honestly say as an instructor, this studio is run properly, very clean, with solid equipment and seasoned instructors to assist you on your wellness journey. Walked in and was initially greeted by the lady behind the counter. There are some pretty convenient scanners at the front...WOW this gym is amazing. Love the layout, the amount of benches and variety of equipment. My home gym back in LA needs to take some notes. Then I discovered The Edge here on Yelp and I love it! The classes are small and focused. Some days are cardio based, other days are weight based, so you're always getting a balanced workout. Tim is a fantastic instructor. He gives due attention. Teaches proper form. He's also methodical about which stretching we do, knowing most people have jobs sitting most of the day. The workouts never get boring! Tim also teaches different Martial Arts classes (Mousel's), as well as Women's Self Defense. Whether you want to lose weight or have more strength or just be fit, there is so much variety offered here to help achieve your personal goals!

The best thing about Tim's classes is that he pushes you to do your best, but never so hard that you'll never want to go back. I really look forward to attending every time. Participants in the classes range from people just starting their fitness journey to those that attend 6 days a week. It doesn't matter what level you're at, it's never intimidating. Everyone there is very encouraging, which makes for a very fun experience. A typical day in the class is running the stairs outside for about 10-15 minutes, then strength training exercises for 20 minutes, then abs and stretching for the last 10-15 minutes. One of the things that Tim does well is mixing up the exercises so that we're not doing the same things over and over again. Also, he incorporates some martial arts and crossfit type exercises which adds some fun to it. I can't say enough good things about Tim's classes. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. You won't regret it. Edit: Don't be intimidated by all the pictures of the girls in the classes. There's a good amount of guys that attend the classes as well!

Anyone heading to and from work could stop on by and get their daily workout. There seems to be more equipment at this location as far as bikes, and there appears to be more weight machines. However, the Stafford location has more space, a women's workout area (that I've only taken a glimpse of when I took my first tour of the place), higher stairs, more rooms, and an outside area. Either location, I'm sure the workout will be excellent with their top notch trainers. If you're in the area, stop by, speak to a trainer, and workout asap.
