The trainer mentioned has been my personal trainer for several years, prior to the pandemic beginning, and has done everything he can to work with everyone that is assigned to him and has worked with my personal schedule on several occasions because...life. nothing that she mentioned is believable since it is behavior that I have never seen him exhibit during my time training with him when there are MANY people in the gym wearing form fitting workout apparel. Her stated personal appearance issues could have easily been addressed with the trainer ot management at the time that she was under contract since these are issues that should be addressed at the lowest and most direct level possible. She could have easily requested an alternate trainer much like anyone could request an alternate medical professional should they feel uncomfortable. This person should be flagged for their inappropriate posting and if they still have a contract with the gym, then it should be terminated post-haste to prevent further detrimental attacks of character to other workers. She needs to grow up and learn that she should adjust to the world, use her voice, and stop hiding behind a keyboard.
