I provided medical docs in person to cancel and they put it on a 30 day hold instead after confirming cancellation then charged a few more payments before I finally stopped payment via my bank. When I asked why, they conveniently claimed that the employee who put me on hold "by mistake" no longer works here. I've emailed and left messages countless times and they ignore because they want to rack up the charges. At this point I've moved somewhere there aren't any locations and yet they refuse to answer my messages or emails. Stay away from this location, they will scam you and laugh about it.

The best part about talking with them is I never once felt judged by either. My first workout was intense but I left feeling so energized. The concept of the place is very interesting! It's cardio, hiit, strengthening, weights, abs... each routine focuses on a muscle group or core. It's not just dance, it's an hour workout. I can go back to back unlimited classes if I choose to.
