Tried their 5am class through Class Pass and loved it. 45 minute workout with stations setup. You follow the specific workout at your station on the screen. Showers and restrooms are in the back. They have open cubbies and towels are provided. Easy parking at the strip mall it's located in. Great music and vibes. The coach was great and walked around checking in on everyone. read more

Doing an F45 class is signing up for craziness. I can only do one of these a week since you push yourself to go hard doing short bursts of insanity. I've only done a few classes but will go back (since I have an Optum pass). I can sense the community vibes for this small studio. The coaches are positive and encouraging. They have towels and also snacks to grab. The workouts are nuts but maybe the community vibe is built to celebrate after suffering through the workout trauma. One of the most difficult workouts I've had in a very long time. I booked through class pass and it was 5 credits for a Saturday morning class. Sandra and David were the instructors today and they were both great. The class had great energy and perfect workout music. Went for the first time this week using class pass and had so much fun! I love HIIT workouts so this was perfect. You're able to modify any of the workouts for your level which is super nice since I haven't done a class like this in a minute. It's a great short workout and I'm feeling sore today! Ok, I admit it, when I walk into a regular gym, I'm just lost. Where do I start? What exercises should I do today? Those issues are gone with F45. You show up, do the workout stations along with everyone else and 45 minutes later you're walking out the door feeling tired but really glad you worked out today. I've been a member for about one year now and I love it. The new owner has improved it greatly and the coaches are outstanding. Logan, Sandra, Caelan, Stephen, Maddie and Scott (the owner) know how to push you but not in a way that you feel "screamed at" or beyond your limits. They want what is best for you as an individual - not compared to anyone else. I've got an annoying bicep pain issue going on right now so I have to modify and go light on some things - and they are totally cool with that. But they also know when you can go a bit harder on other things and will motivate you give it a try. So - do yourself a favor and do the one week free trial. All you have to do is show up and do it. Great workout! Similar to another reviewer, I had an issue when I canceled my membership and was still billed for a few months. After making several calls, I discovered that the ownership had changed and the processing of my cancellation had apparently been lost in the shuffle. The new owner (Scott) stepped up big time to make it right with me. Upon my first contact with him, Scott was ultra professional and responsive and worked for a fast resolution for me. I understand he made some personal sacrifices in order to correct the oversight even though he probably didn't have to. It's clear that he takes the reputation of the club and himself seriously. I always enjoyed the training sessions at the gym and, now that Scott has taken over, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that wants a good, tough workout. I only cancelled because of a change in my schedule. I would recommend going in for a session to check it out! read more
