I have some health problems and they got worsen with some of their supplements, I'm vegan and definitely the program is not for vegans, they recommend to have some vegan patties for the high protein days, which are very high in salt and fat too. I felt they just want your money, and now after a year, they are asking me if I want to renew my membership haha, it's been over 6 months that I haven't gone there and they have been charging me. My friend had a different experience in a different location. Maybe it was this location some of my friends had a great experience in other locations, but still I do not recommend this program because it doesn't work for everyone!
