We knew we found the right place when Sam answered the phone to set up his appointment. My spouse struggles with anxiety, and in COVID times it has been extremely difficult for him. Sam was very empathetic, listened to his concerns, and set up an appointment with Adele. The salon is in a business center with plenty of parking, and finding the salon was very easy. The waiting room and salon are very clean and well organized and the service rooms are private. Adele is warm, empathetic, and very talented - she immediately put him at ease and asked questions to make sure she understood his expectations - she also didn't mind me coming back to help ease his anxiety and give feedback on his past "hair history". She did an excellent job with both cut and color and even corrected mistakes made by his former stylist. Thank you Adele - he's is so happy to have found you! I was also impressed with some of the other clients as they exited from other stylists - they are all masters of their craft. We asked if we could consult with Nick (the owner) regarding a new unit - my spouse's hair system no longer exists so we had concerns, questions, and didn't want to be "sold" on something new. He patiently answered all of our questions, provided unit samples, showed us his video cut in, and made excellent suggestions at a very fair price. The virus has made it very hard for all non-surgical hair replacement and accessing hair is difficult - much of it comes from China / Korea who have their own pandemic challenges. Nick made sure we understood the wait times and delays but assured us a new unit would be possible but require patience. The best part is it's not a "club" and the prices he quoted are based on hair units and salon service. He is an excellent representation of his staff - warm, friendly, empathetic and HONEST!!! It was really beautiful, a 10 inch wig. I was blown away with how nice the color looked and it actually made me appear younger. I decided to get a brown with highlights that was 10 inches long. Jenny was a very friendly lady! A lot of knowledge, caring person. Makes you feel comfortable when you're at a weird chapter in your life. My thyroid isn't happy so my hair thin. I had liposuction done by Robert Milanes in June 2025 and unfortunately, I have zero results from the procedure. He was advertising a special for $5,000 for two areas, which sounded like a great deal at the time. Looking back, it should have been a red flag. I have had liposuction three times over the last 15 years, and each time I saw noticeable results 30 days or less. With this procedure, there has been no visible change at all, not even any weight loss. When I mentioned to him my weight has not changed, he responded saying it will not, another red flag given lipo removes fat why wouldn't your weight change? Another red flag. The follow-up care was also extremely disappointing. I only had one two-week follow-up appointment. During that visit he looked at the marks the compression garment left on my shoulders because it was too tight. He examined my body without the garment on but only to do a complimentary laser treatment under my arms. When I asked when I should return for another follow-up appointment, I was told December, which would have been 6 months after the procedure. In the past I had follow up appointments for 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6months, 9 months and 1 year at no additional charge and touch ups were made if needed. Another red flag was the amount of blood that was in the collection container and very little fat was visible. I am happy I did take pictures of that. At the time I was having pain and swelling in my knee. I had an appointment with my Orthopedic doctor 2 days later, Dr. Milanes offered to drain the fluid off my knee but made a comment about billing my insurance. Due to the amount of pain I was experiencing I agreed, after attempting a few times he was not able to obtain any fluid from my knee, when I went to my appointment 2 days later, he drained 30ccd of fluid with ease from my knee. Also Dr. Milanes mentioned he would send medication to my pharmacist to help with my knee pain, that never happened. I called the next day and the receptionist said she would put it at the top of his "To Do" list, which was something I heard before when leaving messages for him. It was at that moment I started paying attention to those red flags more and told myself he does not have a clue what he is doing. There is no way I should not have lost 5lbs at the least. He offered a skin treatment on my face, when I saw him googling medications and treatments, he even allowed me to take a photo of the company he orders from it was a huge red flag. He mentioned his wife was my complexion, letting me know he was not knowledgeable in that area. My previous doctors specialized in only a few procedures versus Dr. Milanes offered a wide range of services prohibiting him from being well diverse in any particular area unfortunately. I have sent emails explaining that I am not seeing any results as well as asking about the dark marks left where the injections were done and possible skin-lightening options. I have never received a response. I will say he comes across as a nice person, but as others have mentioned in their reviews, communication seems to stop once the payment has been made. His office assistant emailed or texted offering another service to me, I responded that I wanted to see the results of this service first. I never received another response from his office, hmmmm I wonder why. Looking back, there were several things during my consultation that should have made me trust my instincts. During our conversation he explained that he works in the emergency department at a hospital, and when I asked how he got into cosmetic procedures, his explanation raised concerns for me. I also noticed signs advertising a wide range of unrelated procedures, from hair transplants to dermatology treatments to liposuction and fat transfer. Seeing such a broad range of services offered in one place made me question things afterward. In my previous experiences with board-certified plastic surgeons, their credentials and certifications were always clearly displayed for patients to see and that was ALL they practiced. I did not see that here. At the end of the day, I paid $5,000 and saw no results, received very minimal follow-up care, and have gotten no responses to my concerns. I truly regret not trusting my instincts before moving forward with this procedure and because of that I lost!

From prior experience I won't move forward with any kind of surgery without a second opinion, and Dr. Williams made an excellent referral. I had the 2nd opinion and felt he was also an excellent surgeon (as seen on TV) but was pushing for an FUT procedure which I did not want, and felt the staff and follow-ups were very pushy/sales-y. That left me wondering whether I was going to be happy with the results of just one FUE procedure (turns-out: yes) or whether I should consider a hybrid, so I had another follow up video visit with Dr. Williams and again in-person. He was very patient, never pushy, explained all the pros/cons and gave me plenty of grace and space to make my decision -- following my in-person consultation in April 2026 I scheduled an FUE procedure with PRP for early May 2026. 2700 grafts + PRP, in by 8am out by 3pm, recovery was much easier than I expected or read about, exactly as Dr. Williams described. Follow-up the next day went well, and even though I live over an hour away I came back 1 week later - he and I were both very pleased with the results (there is both a science and an art to this, and Dr. Williams is both a scientist and an artist where matters).
