Overall, I'm pretty happy with my experience so far. The gym hasn't been overly busy, parking is…read moreeasy, and people generally mind their business, which makes it a comfortable place to work out. It's also fairly clean, and I like the newer lift area and that Pilates classes are being added. My main concern is that I joined less than a month ago partly because the membership allowed access to multiple locations, but the newer Bloomingdale location closed shortly after I signed up. It would be great if some of the newer equipment from that gym could be moved here. I'd especially like to see upgrades to the cardio machines. Many of them are extremely rusty, and some of the treadmills don't run very smoothly. The locker room could also use a bit of a refresh. Other than that, I don't have major complaints and I'm happy with the gym overall. I'd just love to see some equipment updates to match the newer location that recently closed.

If I could give it like 3.75 stars I would. It's the best gym in the area IMO, though I am used to…read moreCrunch gyms so honestly the bar is low. I like that they have more amenities and I use the pool often. I feel that the pool should have a better cleaning system but it seems alright. Sometimes stuff is floating in the water but it is a public pool... and there are not many to choose from around here. I am suspicious that I got ringworm on my elbows while doing crunches but that's not really the gym's fault, it's just that some people are disgusting and don't wipe the machines. Plus it might have been bug bites because I garden a lot. Maybe enforce the machine wiping more somehow. I like that it's not too crowded but I do wish it had like monkey bars and maybe an outdoor fitness area. The new Pilates studio looks very nice and the newer lifting area is awesome. If you go here just wipe the machines down BEFORE AND AFTER you use them... not every member has a sense of personal hygiene or a care for shared property.

Lilian's Unmatched Expertise!…read more The difference between a good trainer and an exceptional coach is the ability to see what others miss, and that's exactly what Lilian does. Training with her at EōS has completely transformed how I move. She has an incredible eye for athletic movement and is constantly correcting your form in real time. Beyond the basics, her advanced coaching, precise cueing, and attention to detail help you get the most out of every single rep. If you're serious about improving your strength, movement, and performance, I highly recommend training with Lilian.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience has been extremely frustrating…read more In September 2025, we requested cancellation of two EOS Fitness memberships. ABC Fitness Solutions, which handles billing and membership services for EOS, provided written instructions stating that a payment of $116.92 was required to complete the cancellation process. We paid that amount as instructed and reasonably believed everything had been taken care of. Months later, we discovered that one of the accounts had been sent to collections. After numerous phone calls and emails, we were told that there had been a communication issue during the cancellation process. ABC Fitness and EOS now claim that a separate balance existed on the account prior to cancellation. However, that was never clearly communicated to us when we were given the instructions on what was required to complete the cancellation. What has been most disappointing is not just the original issue, but the lack of follow-through afterward. Multiple representatives and supervisors have advised that they would provide updates, review the matter, or contact us with next steps. Despite repeated assurances, those follow-ups never happened. My concern is simple: customers should be able to rely on the billing and cancellation instructions provided by the company's authorized membership servicing provider. If additional amounts are owed, that information should be clearly communicated before an account is sent to collections. Based on my experience, What should have been a simple membership cancellation became a lengthy dispute involving customer service, management, and a collection agency and is still going on. Very disappointing experience.

An honest review of F45 Riverview location. Mediocre workouts. I attended F45 for about a year…read more During that time I was very consistent with attending classes as well as adjusting my diet. I didn't see a significant difference in weight loss or increased muscle. Now it really depends on what your personal goals are and what you were seeking to get out of your experience. If you were seeking significant weight loss (10+ lbs) and toning results, this isn't the place for you! But If you were just looking for something to increase your heart rate and get you moving, then this would suffice. The other big negative is they constantly change classes due to their inability to find good help. They decreased the number of class times they were offering multiple times throughout the year I was there. And they constantly have new staff filtering in and out. Because they are so in need of help, they accept whatever they can get, which means, decreased quality! A lot of the staff is younger, and not as knowledgeable in certain areas. Which means not as much coaching and direction on proper form to avoid injury and maximize results. They even had a public altercation with a former employee on social media! I did very much enjoy the team atmosphere, and having the ability to work out with others to keep you motivated and going through your workout. I met a lot of great people there. If the workouts were slightly longer, and offered more cardio, in addition to the strength training, I think it would offer someone the results they are seeking. I have lost 12lbs in the past 3 weeks just by going to a regular gym, doing 30mins of cardio and adding in strength training. All further a fraction of the cost! But the icing on the cake for me was after being a loyal customer, my husband and I sold our home. As soon as I was made aware that we would be closing, I went in to talk to one of the representatives. They pulled up my account provided me with the paperwork and let me know that I had just made a payment three days prior to signing the cancellation. They said they typically require 30 days but since I was so close, maybe they would be willing to give me a break. I was approached by Linda in the gym, who said. " I have a bone to pick with you." I advised her we we sold our home and weren't just trying to cancel. She mentioned that there were other clubs on the side of town that I was moving to but their fees were slightly higher. I was already paying $200/mo. Why would I want to continue paying that or more for classes that didn't even give me the results I wanted. She (Linda) reached out to me via text a few days later where I let her know I didn't have any interest in moving to a different club, considering we were building a new home and would be relocating all over again. Not to mention saving $200 a month for seven months would help go towards the purchase of our new home. Despite asking for them to make an "exception", I was still drafted an additional $200 on February 21. Mind you I had a conversation with her on February 1 requesting the exception. Again, no grace or willingness to work with me. The only offer she provided was to move that monthly payment that had NOT yet been deducted out of my account yet, since that "last" payment wasn't due for another 20 days. I followed up with her after the deduction came out of my account and let her know that was disappointing that they weren't able to work with me. Her reply was "We offered to move that to a different location so you could keep working out. But you're upset because you don't think we had pure intentions." Completely ignoring the fact I requested to not be charged at all! Now, does that sound like someone who is all about Customer Service and satisfaction? My hands were tied with the move and we were given short notice to vacate. I was hoping they would find it in their heart to not charge me since I only missed the deadline by a few days but they did anyways. Additionally, I have legal documentation to prove I let them know as soon as we were made aware of our closing date.
