The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all at perfect temperatures, and there was plenty of space in each one. There's also a large cycling room and mirror room for dancing. I also appreciated the little touches too, like having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in all the showers, and the water in the shower was nice and hot also. It's also great that they offer a "Kids Klub" even though it appears to only be open one day a week based on the posted sign. The fresh fruit smoothies are also a great option particularly for morning workouts and the lockers are spacious and give you the option of bringing your own lock. There were a couple of things that felt a bit off. Fox News was playing in the bathroom, which came across as unprofessional, and one of the benches in the sauna felt unsafe since the wood gave way. I also couldn't locate the weight machines, although I didn't check everywhere so they may have been on another floor. Overall, it was a great gym experience and I look forward to coming back!

Ultimately, I decided to terminate my contract, even though they charged me a $1,300 cancellation fee to do so. When I signed up they did not give me any warning about a cancellation fee buried in their contract. so I would advise any new member to think carefully about signing anything.

While here, I've tried several group classes, the Peloton bikes, and infrared saunas. I really love the boutique atmosphere of the gym, which even during peak hours, never feels crowded. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and the class coaches (Jake, Allie, and Conna) have all been encouraging and welcoming. I'm absolutely hooked on the infrared saunas and book a session whenever I can. Pro tip: if you prefer privacy, choose Sauna 1, as Sauna 2 is located just outside the locker room area.

I have been attending for years on and off (health issues have gotten in the way) and will always return there. Their classes are amazing. I especially loved the bar Strength classes and the Bar Restore classes. When I was consistent I felt and saw the changes in my body and loved it. I started out going 3x a week and pretty soon I was going 6x a week. It felt great to build Bar Method into my routine. It felt like "me time". My flexibility improved as well as my strength, body definition and confidence. All of the instructors have their own amazing personalities and energies they bring to the classes. She's patient, she listens, and she is very smart. We've done dry needling, cupping, ultrasound therapy, and I think electrical muscle stimulation, along with programming and exercises both at PT and for me to do at home. The gym itself is cool - it's not fully done but I enjoy it even as is! I've taken one of Anthony's group fitness classes and it was difficult, but so much fun. They definitely have a good thing going here and I'm looking forward to seeing it grow!
