There are several different class options at different lengths, from 15 to 45min (depending on the workout). There's yoga, Pilates, rowing, spin, etc. each class is in a small heated studio with fit up to 3 people, but often times you're alone. You can change the temperature from inside or outside the studio! I tried iso, and it was a fantastic workout in 36ish mins. I kept the temperature around 125-130 throughout. Do note you need a specific yoga mat that can withstand the head. However, they have some there to rent!

I have been going about 3 times a week and hope for more. Super convenient and the workouts are fun. I love all things sauna related. How it works: use their app to get in, schedule a class or group of classes. Once you get in there, the classes are playing on the TV. They have about 7 different class types from cycling to yoga to Pilates, barre, rowing and HIIT. They also have a weight area with free weights and machines. You can watch the workouts and do them in each dedicated sauna or in the fx zone. The machine classes are 15 minutes each and you can book them back to back. Each sauna fits 3 people at a time but only once did I have someone else in the class with me. The yoga, Pilates, hiit and barre classes are 45 mins long. The studio is 24/7 so you go when it's convenient. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the studio is nice and clean. They have large restrooms and a shower. Great for a quick workout at lunch time or before or after work. The temps can be adjusted and the sound and lights too depending on how you want to work out. The app works well too and allows you to schedule 3 days out. There are rewards for taking classes and you can use it to track progress or redeem merch. You need a mat and towel from them to use the strength classes like barre, Pilates, hiit, bands, stretching or yoga. They can be rented too. I bought my gear and use it when taking those classes. They provide foam rollers if you need them. I am a fan and can't wait to see results. The only thing I wish they had was treadmill, stair climber, elliptical or more non-machine cardio workouts. She said oh we dont do intros in the morning because we are still setting up but I can reschedule you... first why is it an option she just said oh we are still working that out. No one wants to hear that after they climbed out of bed at 4:10am. I have a 4 year old and a 18 month old. No you can't reschedule me. Does this company value their clients. I am so upset and bummed out. I will not be returning.

Unfortunately the overall quality of the place has declined. You can tell by the equipments that are not well maintained, the lack of cleanliness in some restrooms, the type of people who go to that location and their behavior... the overall Life Time experience is not what it used to be. The staff is friendly and are always cleaning, and every 2-3 hours a group of team members or trainers are re-rackingbweights and organizing. The personal training staff is not pushy to sell tou anything but rather helpful, and give a hint here it there if they see a technique that could cause harm. The team member Victor is an asset to this location, he engages in short but meaningful conversation with members and asks questions about you, even so with other members. He is always working and does a great job at his tasks. Michelle the GM is friendly and professional, she can be seen daily interacting on the floor and around the gymnasium. The amazing lady that kept this gym afloat through the interchanging of GMs deserves a huge SHOUT-OUT, Miss Jessica, she holds it down here. I highly recommend Crunch in Atascosita, friendly staff, clean and organized gym and personal trainers that are helpful and not stand off. I called the next day and got a voicemail. As I was looking to attend a class that day, I did further research and went on their Facebook page and saw various different phone numbers, so I called one. I was told that their 7/3 evening classes were cancelled - although the classes were listed on their website - but I could come to the 9 AM class the next day - 7/4. Then I began getting texts from another person who asked about my availability to talk about Fit Crew. I said I was currently available. I was told I'd get a call in a few minutes, then I got a text two hours later that promised a call. I didn't receive a call at all that day. In spite of all of this, I STILL decided to give them a shot. My best friend and I showed up for 9 AM class. The trainer that was there asks if we were looking for the "Black guy" -- after we've said we were there for boot camp. Then, he explains that the Black guy does the boot camp and he didn't think it was happening due to the holiday. This experience was both unprofessional and a complete waste of time. PS - I got a phone call from the texter 19 hours later.
