Rules : Seriously Strict (1 minutes late = $15.00 fee) Having a manager who is rude, careless, and makes you feel unwelcome ruins all the vibes. I can sense racism like no other gym I've been to. I only go here because my kids have memberships here but oh my...I'm happy when I don't see the manager at the front desk. I have been at this gym for the better part of the year and a half and when I first started, it was one of the best gyms I had been to. Which is why I stepped around for so long, however, being a former combat veteran I have injuries that require special equipment that was a bit bulky that corporate made a clear to not have gym bags on the floor, I had made a special arrangement to use a smaller bag to house my equipment about the size of a gallon water bottle so it would "be out of everybody's way". They do have a sign that says to "refrain" from having bags on the floor. A recommendation, not a hardcoded rule. Regardless with my drawstring gym bag underneath the equipment, I was working out on. I had a manager come up and asked me to put everything away. This makes it especially difficult as I have to walk back-and-forth between the locker room to use different assisting equipment for my injuries. I explained the arrangement I had with the previous manager and she instead rather sarcastically told me it doesn't matter that corporate is coming down hard. I am not one to argue so I did oblige and since I paid for the membership, I will be leaving and going back to lifetime fitness after my membership fees are completed here. I highly recommend you do not work out here or start a membership here as they are way overpriced for mediocre equipment and any requests take absolute months to fulfill. As a disabled combat veteran I should not have to walk back-and-forth every time I change an exercise to grab assisting equipment to support said exercises. Based on the rather brash and rude interaction with this manager, I will be contacting the BBB based on the context of the sign, being a combat veteran, and the strife it causes me, including that there are bigger problems than gym bags on the floor, such as continuously, drop weights, misaligned equipment, and un wiped down surfaces. Do yourselves a favor and instead of paying for the membership here, just go ahead and go to lifetime fitness because for the membership fee, you will pay here, you will have access to two gyms instead at lifetime Please see the sign below. If this is a rule, then anybody that is dropping equipment, not wiping anything down, or not re-racking their weights should have a stern talking to just like I did. But I don't see any of that happening. read more

I'm not sure who did the hiring, but hats off to selecting a great team! Blain, who handled my membership, did a great job through the opening process, never dropped off, even after the membership was sold. I just upgraded to the "Recovery" package which includes red light and cryo. I'm enjoying this more than I imagined. Anabel, Emma, and Kalyn are super friendly. Kalyn greets me by name as I check in. They ask me how my workout is going and offer towels. As someone who learned to love to workout in the last six months, I find that gyms can be an intimidating places until you get to know the equipment and "all the things," and this team is not only approachable but friendly. I definitely feel like a valued member. Tried my first class the other day and Nathan was great about guiding the new people through the ins and outs of the new workout. Highlights - Pickle ball - heard that there are beginner lessons at 6pm on weekdays - yet to try. Alkaline water out of a tap. Staaaappp! Beautiful bathrooms with all the things you need to transition from gym to work. Nice, spacious weight room. Cardio machines for days. Multiple areas to take your annoying gym selfies LOL. Lots of classes - yoga, pilates, boxing, bike, hit. A healthy, no sugar smoothie bar. You can spend less on a gym, but if you're serious about finding a gym with a nice clientele, great equipment, and all the amenities, look no further! While the facility it's is very nice the customer service is non existing. They make it very difficult to cancel. I had purchased a package of training sessions I had 20 lessons left but I realized how terrible their training session are, they keep trainers that are not good. One of them actually exasperated my njee problem. I decided to quit the club while still having 20 sessions left. I cut my losses and lost that training however they've been charging me every month for 4 months for training sessions and won't refund my money. The staff at Club Studio are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Whether you need assistance with equipment or advice on your workout, they are there to support you. Special shoutouts to : Rebecca & Steeva who initially sent so much information and updates on the studio. Jaclyn for being such positive person to encounter and motivate us. She got us set up on the app and taught us how to use fancy recovery machines at the demo center and then welcomed us at the soft opening of the studio and got us all set up. We got a tour of the entire gym by Erik and he went the extra mile to show us how the machines worked and let us know there was an technogym app if we ever needed more guidance. My first class ever and first boxing class was at 5:15 with Coach Jessie. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She has a passion for what she does and it's appreciated. She breaks down complex drills into understandable steps. She has so much energy and enthusiasm and it makes it worth waking up 4 am and not only setting the tone for the day but for the whole week. I also tried my first Pilates Reformer class with coach Lauren. She provided so much information and constructive feedback for us newbies. Pilates may seem intimidating but Lauren truly made this a pleasant experience. The variety of classes and activities to do is impressive. I can't wait to try all the classes! There's ONLY ONE smith machine in the whole gym. And as I stand here to wait. There's 2 ppl doing leg presses with it. Grabbed a bench, and are using the bar as the press part. :) Meanwhile I see 3 leg press machines available at the moment, with not a single soul using them. Yet there are 7 squat racks available that are never full. This place is clean. But they do lack machines. And weights. I think the heaviest for the dumbbells are 125s. My bf has asked for 150s. And corporate just doesn't deliver. Same with the smith machine. They could get rid of 2 or 3 of the free squat racks and replace them w/ Smith machines. I also think they should have a membership if you're not interested in using the classes. read more

for the Citrus heights CA gym. In February, I left my current gym, where I was paying $40 a month to join, specifically to take CS4 classes taught by Donn Corbin, at $140 a month. He has amazing energy and coaching abilities. He makes class fun and they are always one of the fullest. I have shared the same sentiment with several classmates. However, I just learned today that Club Studio has made the huge mistake to let him go!!!?? I am beyond devastated. As someone who is in her late 40s, getting her fitness back and losing 50 pounds because of a positive trainer is heart-wrenching. I don't see the value in staying at this high-priced gym any longer. I have even called the GM. He was very dismissive. Not interested in reviewing things. read more

This new gym is amazing! There are many classes that they offer, as well as a complete gym with every type of equipment imaginable and Pickleball! There is even a recovery lounge! My favorite classes are yoga and the reformer classes. Rebounding is a fun and challenging workout! But lately, reformers with Trina has been my go to class. To say I've been a little obsessed with the new Club is an understatement. My whole family as well. We joined in the beginning of the summer as an update to KWCC. Modern space with new equipment and of course, the PB courts. It's a beautiful, open and airy space. The BEST part though are all the classes. Pilates, Hot Pilates, yoga, cycle, etc. I can't get past the Pilates and HP though because, it's addicting! The morning classes are the start for a busy work day and def get me going. The combination of mental and physical challenge and care is incredible. The enthusiasm from Lauren too, is inspiring and motivating! Always helpful with the moves and guiding her class. Took my first Pilates class at Club Studio tonight! Susan was awesome!!! The studio ambience was so enjoyable. The lights were soothing and music was at the perfect volume to enjoy it but not take away from the class experience. I've taken Pilates classes at Club Pilates in the past and the lighting is very bright and the studio feels cold and sterile. read more

We finally have an upscale, classy gym that caters to those who are into body building since they have a vast array of free weights and machines. The Ride and Reformer Pilates classes are challenging, even for the advanced participants yet the instructors take the time to work with newbies and make adjustments for individualizing the classes as needed. What I also love is the workout community at this gym! No ugly stares and genuine support of each other! Be sure to check out the recovery room too! I would be remiss not to mention the cleaning staff! I've never been one to workout regularly however Club Studio is fast becoming a change of habit in my life. The moment you walk in you feel like a rockstar, with so many options and classes you'll never get bored. Steeva, the boxing instructor and Susan, the Pilates instructor are top notch. After a hard workout the recovery area is well worth the additional cost. The studio is extremely clean and well maintained and management is professional and helpful. The reception staff are great - welcoming! I love yoga with Elizabeth...best yoga instructor I've ever had, and I've done yoga for many years. I also love reformer Pilates with Lauren, Susan, and Trina! They make it fun and difficult but not too difficult -- everyone, no matter their fitness level, can be successful. They have great music too! CS4 are Ride are very cool and super challenging! Box seems to be a favorite, but I haven't tried it yet. I haven't tried Rebound either. There are so many choices for one monthly price! The weight and cardio areas are super nice and everything is VERY clean. I also love Recovery - the staff in there is the best! They take care of everyone so well! Pay attention to your billing though and issues can be difficult to fix because Blaine can't fix them...has to go to the wizard of oz (behind the curtain) . It's not the least expensive place but if you do classes regularly, you can't beat the price! read more

I loved all of the classes and gym itself, but I've never had so many issues with cancelling a membership before. I decided to freeze my membership, because I'm expecting soon. I called to do this and they said you had to come in person. I came in person & there wasn't a manager there (it was a Saturday and apparently there is only a manager M-F 9-5), so I came again a few days later. The manager was out that day, because she was sick so I had to come in again...by the 3rd time I finally got to freeze my membership. A few days later (before my billing date) I decided I wanted to cancel instead. I called to do so and the lady on the phone said I didn't need to come in-person & they would just switch it from freeze to cancel. She said the manager would call me if needed - the manager called me around 4 days after (2 days before my billing date) and told me I would have to come in person to switch to cancel. I came in 1 day after she called to cancel & asked if I could get reimbursed for the freeze fee since I did my part & she said she would have to ask her boss. I hadn't heard anything after several days, so I called the gym and they said I couldn't get reimbursed for the freeze charge. She did say she would ask her boss again. I asked her if they could call and update me instead of me having to reach out and she said there's no way for her to get notified once her boss responds.. read more
