Since joining this facility I my life really has changed! In January 2020 I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Diabetes. I joined in February and by May 2020 I had lost nearly 15lbs and reversed all negative medical ailments against me. No medication just #fitin42! Cody Wing is an amazing teacher. He's positive, uplifting, and knowledgeable. Not knowing what you day or week has been, Cody has tends to train you to you 110% but also emotional uplifting. Shana Griffin Huff is one of the toughest women I've met. She will push you to be your best and help you see beyond your own doubts. This gym is one of a kind. I started attending this gym after seeing and advertisement for lean mommy makeover. This advertisement stated if you went to 15 workout and 3 seminars you get your money back no strings attached. I really didn't have any intentions of joining this gym till I went to the workout. Wow was that what I needed! On top of that this gym actually holds you accountable for your effort. They don't take your excuses and let's be honest that's what is holding us all back from accomplishing our goals. This is a wonderful gym. If you are thinking about joining this gym don't hesitate just join!!! The trainers are amazing and so are the gym goers! Everyone is extremely supportive and you will get an awesome workout every time. For those who are looking for a gym, but are worried about cleanliness due to COVID-19 don't hesitate!! This is the cleanest gym you will EVER find. All gym equipment is wiped down with hospital grade sanitizing wipes after every session. The gym has implemented ways to practice social distancing and get an awesome workout. As a nurse I would recommend this gym to anyone. This place is amazing. This place makes you feel right at home. From the first day I felt welcome and part of the family. The trainers are very supportive and help you reach your goals. With most of the gyms I've been to, once you sign up you, you are just another member and usually left to fend for yourself unless you pay for high priced personal trainer sessions. But here at Fit in 42, even before you sign up and everytime after they make you feel excited to work out and take the next step towards a healthier body. I love this place. I was introduced to Fit in 42 Kingwood during April of the global pandemic/quarantine and my other studio had shut down. They offered a six week course online via Zoom and I decided to sign up! Cody, our trainer, made me feel so comfortable and empowered to become the best version of myself! I am now a full time member of their gym and cannot wait to see my transformation! This gym just opened up in kingwood and I have to say I am already a huge fan. Cody W. (personal trainer and instructor) is fantastic. As a personal trainer he caters to your individual goals and strengths. He makes every session invigorating and super fun. I have never seen results like what I'm getting from training with Cody. This gym is AMAZING! The entire team welcomes you with a big smile, they are genuinely glad that you came in, and they KNOW your name! You are special in this gym because this gym is SPECIAL. I have been apart of many work out programs in different facilities and this is the first one that gives me physical TRAINING in a group setting. Cody, Casey, and Shana address every person's level of fitness and encourage the individuals best effort. Every level of athleticism or fitness level is acknowledged and welcomed at this facility. This place is incredible, I've been to planet fitness and I've been to lifetime fitness, but none compare to the amount of motivation I have coming in and out of class every day, the trainers are always trying to modify certain workouts when they see a bit of struggle and continue to motivate you to keep going. I have been going here for about a month. Just finished the lean mommy challenge. I was not a fan of working out before this studio, now I look forward to going.
