CLUTTER BUG A few…read moreyears back, I really liked shopping in this store. Now, I just think that it needs a makeover. It is dated and cluttered. Their stock is not really displayed in a meaningful way and today I found myself just walking in and walking out because I did not want to "deal" with the mess. This store has become the unrefined country cousin for the other stores that sell and display elegant to everyday kitchen wares in the same center. They really need to update the store so as to create more interest and eventually more traffic. The one thing that they shouldn't change, is their customer service. Customer service here is great and the ladies are always friendly and helpful. They deserve to have a store that makes them proud.

I realize staffing is a problem almost everywhere you go, but it still could be improved. We witnessed two store associates get into an argument with each other over going to the bathroom. Every time we go, we have to wait almost ten minutes at the register for someone to come and check us out. I think three stars is a bit generous, but we will go there if we don't feel like driving to a better pet store.

From the moment we called them they were responsive. Both Mark and Don are a pleasure to work with. The work was IMPECCABLE!! And I am a hard customer. they tore out a wall, had the engineer over before that was even done. Our walls were just on studs - the framing was done in 4 days. Not to mention the fact that they were honest. They told me what services I should use them for and when I shouldn't use them. The day before my flooring was supposed to get installed the contractor I hired (not through them) bailed. I called them up and they had a contractor for me by the end of the day and he was there 2 days later to lay my floor. And by the way only went over budget by 2% and that is because we had extra work done not in the original scope. If I am a betting woman, I think they only charges us cost for that.. I just can't say enough about Mark and Don and all Of the contractors that work with them. If you want your Basement or bathroom done affordably and impeccably then I suggest you use them. Please call them and they can give you our number so we can hush some more. AMAZING!!! But don't try to get over on them. I'm saying they're affordable but they have to provide for their families too so I am not suggesting that you try to get something for nothing. OK!!
