The owner was very pleasant over the phone and I explained I wanted flowers for a family member who'd recently lost a person they were close to. She helped with type of flowers/size/appropriateness for the occasion and price range. I was completely flexible on the delivery time, but she called me later that day to say she was running a little behind, but the flowers would be there shortly. I really appreciated that she called to let me know and they were delivered that afternoon. She even said her mother who helps her was ill that day so I know she was short staffed.
