I stopped by this location to make a return from an online order. The line took forever but that was the associates fault, it was the customer. Eventually I was able to do an even exchange and literally my interaction was two minutes, which I enjoyed greatly. I like Fabletics as a store for the most part because I love that it's dedicated to being a lifestyle sort of health conscious brand that is supposed to combat the Lulu lemons of the world, but I do find issue with the quality of the goods. Sometimes I feel like a lot of the things don't wash well or look like they'd fall apart easily so I'm not always wanting to buy here. Another issue is that membership they make you sign up for to get the discounted price. Something you have to deal with monthly or you get charges that almost 50 dollar fee. I don't know if it's really worth it overall for randomly finding a workout top or shorts that I really like. I also find the sizing to be off at times too so I never really know what size to order online so I'm forced to come into the store to find the right size for me which at times can be a pain. read more

So shopping here is always frustrating because the store is not laid out in a way that makes picking "outfits" easy. On my most recent visit it was almost impressive how unhelpful everyone was, except the girl who ultimately cashed me out. I will say the quality of their leggings/shorts is what keeps me coming back. I never knew Fabletics had brick and mortar locations. Ive seen tons of ads about it on social media and wasn't sure about the quality. Recently I discovered they have a store in Boca Town Center. The employee was really nice in explaining the VIP membership information. I learned a lot and it's easy to be part of this subscription retailer. It's a free subscription but you need to stay active every month and decide if you want to buy each month or not. You have the option of not joining and pay the amount listed on their tags. It's easy to follow though and a great value if you join. I liked the quality of the merchandise. They have a ton of variety and sizes. I plan on getting some things from them because I love work out clothes. Recently been keeping up with my gym work outs and I can never have enough work out gear. But then again, I love athletic wear even just to be running daily errands. Side Note- The employee mentioned to me they are starting a clothing line for guys in the future. I love Fabletics clothing. I'm a huge fan and I'm also a member. I didn't know they had a store located right here in Boca Raton. I found out about the location through an event I went to that was hosted here. I had a great time, and because it was a shopping event I got to take my time browsing the store and try on a few items. The ladies were very helpful and did a great job serving me as a customer, first, and then as a guest to the event. The fitting room is spacious and feels like you're backstage at a fashion event. I ended up buying a pair of capris that I saw online just a couple of days prior to the event. If you're looking for great-fitting, work-out gear, that's comfortable, feels good on your skin while working out, and affordable (especially if you get a membership), Fabletics has a lot of different styles to choose from. Uh oh. I need to guard my wallet from now on. Now that Fabletics has opened a brick and mortar, it's that much more accessible and that much more tempting to add to my activewear wardrobe. The store is neatly organized by color scheme, they have a section of sports bras, their famous high waisted leggings, and more. They have water bottles, yoga mats, hair ties, underwear, loungewear, and more. The fitting room area is probably the nicest I've ever seen. It's huge and roomy, well lit, and beautifully decorated. There was a 40% the store sale when I went in last night, so I went to purchase a top. When I inquired to see if it came in other colors, I was told it was in the warehouse and could be shipped free to my home. On top of that, the 40% off is off the member price, not the retail price! I didn't even realize! So I saved more than I anticipated. If you shop here, being a VIP member is the way to go. read more

Very pretty store. I went in because I ordered a sports bra that didn't quite fit so I asked if I could bring it in to exchange for the right size which they said I could. They also let me know that if I was a member through their online subscription service, I would get the discounted member pricing! They have a nice selection in store and I like it much more than when I have to gamble with ordering online. Everything is very clean and kept in good order. The store was very neat and organized and it made browsing for leggings very enjoyable. The reason i didn't rate this higher is because there were 3 staff members hovered behind the counter. When I walked in no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I found this very off putting because I know they run special deals -- I've never been in the store only shopped online so it would of been nice if someone explained it to me or offered help. When I walked out empty handed they continued to stand behind the counter talking amongst themselves. No greetings, no farewells, nothing. Awful customer service. Stay away from this store if you don't intend to buy, cuz the selection is so good you'll spend $100+ easily. Lots of options, styles, sizes. Online store has more, but it's great to be able to try the outfits on in person. Some of the staff is super friendly while others are not and makes you wonder why they chose to be in retail. Based on how I was treated in this store, I would never step foot in this store again, or purchase Fabletics. There is an older miserable looking woman that works here. I walked in and asked if they had maternity leggings, she had the nastiest most miserable look on her face and looked me up and down with her arms crossed, never opened her mouth and just shook her head no as if I were an idiot. Maybe some customer service training would be helpful for this location. I'm sure Kate Hudson wouldn't be happy to know that potential consumers were being treated like they were morons for asking a question. If you don't like your job, maybe you should find a new one, or get that nasty look off your face and help your customers with a smile. Extremely nice people online through customer service and in store. However the quality sucks. I hate the fit it feels cheap and they don't hold their form. Very sad because the outfits are really cute for work outs and every day wear but the quality just sucks and is actually really uncomfortable. I'm wearing the camo power hold right now at a spin class and I can't wait to take them off and throw them away.
