I went to Men's Warehouse today to buy a suit for my wedding. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted so I asked an employer for some help. Keion helped me out. He was super friendly, personable, and most importantly he had a great eye. He knew the exact style I was going for and helped find me my wedding suit within minutes. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience and how happy I am with my suit. During checkout, I offered a tip to Keion because he was so kind and helpful. He declined the tip and said he was happy to help. I forgot to mention I walked in 30 minutes before close. I felt bad and apologized profusely but he insisted that he'd help me out. I've rented here 2-3 times. The staff is awesome across the board from the women who seem to be the managers/owners up front to the gentlemen that work at the rental station. Since it is impossible to give a review on the email they send asking for feedback on the items I purchased. I will write it here. The quality is terrible. Everything was ridiculously overpriced for how cheap the material was. I needed everything tailored. Tailoring was a choice, however, all three jackets I purchase had to be redone because the6either left material that bunched up in areas or LEFT A GIANT HOLE in the back of a jacket. The threading is coming undone on every single item I purchased with the exception of the shoes because they're made by a different company. I have worn one of the shirts I purchased twice. The threading holding the line of buttons in place has completely fallen off. The shirt is essentially ruined now. I will be lucky to get a couple more uses out of each item. I spend over 2k at this store. Never again in my life will a shop here. The shoddiest tailoring I have ever seen. Absolutely ridiculous. No standards. Do not waste your money. read more

One of the worst Men's Wearhouses I've been to. Avoid this place at all costs if you need to rent from here or have any sort of questions. Service was severely lackluster because several staff members appear annoyed during the different times I had to stop by there including: during measurements for the rental, during questions, during pick up, during my SECOND pick up (i.e. exchange because they got the measurements wrong), and even when I called them. They even got my name wrong TWICE and didn't realize until I walked out the store with ANOTHER wrong size. They don't double check anything. They were literally about to give me someone else's suit rental. What would have happened to that other customer then if I took it? These people would frequently roll their eyes, sigh, and walk at an extremely sluggish and lazy pace. They don't care about anything. But I get it, it's a pandemic; I try to be mindful. But I did not witness them feeling overwhelmed since they stood around talking and joking with their co-workers. Generally, I was the only one or few in the store during their more quiet hours. No sense of urgency, no sense of apologies or acknowledgement for the mix up, no sense of at least waiting for me to leave the store before making rude remarks about me to their co-worker. And yes, I bit my tongue about that. Completely disrespectful. Save yourself the stress and annoyance from these people. Buy from their clearance section and get out. Don't expect anyone to be willing to help you. Don't do the tailoring here. Don't ask questions. Buy and leave. The staff want nothing to do with you. Don't expect even somewhat decent manners. You know what, I should have rented from the mens suit store next door to them instead (Jos. A. Bank). Go there instead. I went shopping on Black Friday for the sales on mens suit. I stopped at mens wearhouse. suit that I purchased was supposed to be 46R and they fitted me into a 44L. A little tight, the slacks were an inch to long. When I got home I noticed that the price tag $269.99 was placed over the manufactures suggested price of $199.99 the same was done on the pants. yes I'm embarrassed that I paid full retail price on Black Frida. one of the biggest sales of the year. My fiancé and I came here to purchase a a suit, we started off with purchasing a Tommy Hill Figer, it didn't fit right, so we paid to have mens wearhouse alter it for us, we came back the next week to pick it up, the male cashier didn't acknowledge us at all, the guy that helped us before, didn't have time for us now since he saw a party of 5. I'm nervous to leave this review because I don't want my order to get cancelled again, but it's worth putting a warning out there for any future brides. My fiancé and I spent 2 hours here getting a suit rental package for our upcoming wedding. We had a good time with our original salesperson, however it did take 2 hours because we were constantly interrupted by other customers needing something - we had an appointment, so I found this frustrating. Once we had selected everything, our salesperson had to go on break because he was apparently overdue. We had a woman check us out, who informed us the suit we had selected isn't available anymore - and when she checked with the female manager, the female manager decided to talk negatively about our salesperson saying "he should know better, I cant be expected to tell him every single day that we don't have this suit available" and walked away (all while not being apologetic at all to us). We ended up leaving, being told we'd receive a call to rectify the situation. When we received the call, we booked the tux we didn't want instead of the suit we wanted, and I started managing everything online, and the groomsmen started ordering their suits. Flash forward to 2 weeks later, a salesperson informed my groomsman while he was in the store to get fitted for the suit, that the order had been cancelled. I had received no word of this at all, not even an email. While on the phone with my groomsman, I tried to log in online and found 'no reservation'. Later that day, I went in with that groomsman to figure this situation out as we were 3 weeks from our wedding at this point, my fiancé had already been measured, and another groomsman had been measured and paid for his order completely. I was told that "I vividly remember a woman calling and cancelling this order, I cancelled this myself, she confirmed the last name and reservation number with me". When asked if he had the phone number the person called from, he said no, he had no information on who she was. As I am the only woman who had the reservation number at this point, I questioned him further, and was met with attitude - as if he was trying to make me look stupid - like someone I knew got mad and cancelled my wedding for me. When we researched, we found that policy for cancelling is by calling customer service or by cancelling in store, so in theory this imaginary call shouldn't have even been able to have taken place. Thankfully he was not the person to assist us the rest of the night, and the female employee who assisted us in reinstating our order was kind and friendly, but unfortunately not very helpful. A member of the wedding party and I were there for over an hour as they waited for the manager to get done assisting other people so we could get the situation resolved and some sort of discount. She totaled everything and claimed she was able to get us a discount of $40.00, but when I asked how much that brings us to she quoted $220.00 - which was more than our cost was originally. When I told her a member of our wedding paid $190.00 the week prior for the exact same items on our previous reservation, she apologized and offered it at $190 - which still isn't a discount considering that is what we paid the week prior. When I stated that, she then gave us the price of $170 - but it was very clear at this point she was just pulling prices out of nowhere (I also was told that the groomsman who already had paid would need to go get re-sized and request a refund in order to be updated in their system). Being frustrated and at this point wanting the experience to be over, we paid and left without waiting any longer for the manager to come speak to us. As we were leaving, the manager yelled from the register "sorry about that, how was everything" - clearly not caring what the answer was since he continued to take customers during the hour they were waiting instead of coming and addressing the issue head on. If they didn't have a monopoly on suit rentals, and I wasn't 3 weeks from my wedding, I 100% would have cancelled and used a different service, however my wedding is out of state and groomsmen are from all over, so that isn't an option. I'm truly disappointed with management - as soon as there was an altercation of any sort the situation should've been escalated. I am not frustrated with the employees themselves (except the one one who went out of his way to lie to me), but this situation was mishandled from start to finish, and I still have 0 faith that this situation will work out how we want it to. Both managers I had interactions with were completely inept. Not only was the experience bad for me - but hearing a manager openly talk negatively about one of her employees - to another employee - IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS - is absolutely disgusting and really left a bad taste in my mouth, as if she's so bold as to be that nasty in front of customers I can only imagine what it's like behind closed doors. read more

I told them what I needed and when I needed it by and they delivered in every way possible and more. 2 suites, 3, shirts, 3 squares, and 2 alterations for 1k?! You couldn't ask for more. If you want perfection go see Michael-David Asgedom and March. I went to Joseph A next door and will never go back there based on the interaction next door. I recommend buying your suit well in advance of the date you need it by because sometimes the store is a little disorganized and they may have trouble getting a tailor to make the alterations. I buy all my pants, dress shirts, and ties from Men's Wearhouse. The quality of the clothing is great. I have purchased several jackets and I am planning to buy a custom made tuxedo. You never feel like the clothes are off the rack at a department store. It is great knowing that you can come back to have your pants let out for no cost because you gained a few pounds. Every employee there is so helpful and will take the time to make sure you are happy with what you buy. Joe Rosado is a rock star and Michael-David will make you laugh the entire time. They lost my tuxedo...the day before my wedding. The staff and management are incompetent and lazy. Long story short, I had a custom tux made for my wedding at a Men's warehouse in MD. When I arrived in Boynton For the wedding I went to this location for my bowtie and other items. They asked me if I'd like them to press my tuxedo, for no charge, and I can come pick it up the next day. I gladly obliged and thought it was a nice gesture. That was until I arrived the next morning to find out they lost it. Gone. Vanished. Took them 10 minutes to get me a manager. Another 15 minutes to get them to start searching the store. The woman salesperson acted like she didn't remember me from the day before!!! They then had me continue to wait while they acted like they do something. I then called out the manager and the rest of the staff for their incompetence and demand they make me a new tux immediately and give me a full refund. Idiots then had me try on tuxes which were not of quality that I had previously purchased. I then suggested they look up what I had a recreate it. They made me the new tux and gave me the refund. However, nothing can compensate me for missing two afternoons with my family at the beach prior to my special day. Not to mention the added stress. The manager is a nice guy but clearly lacks the integrity and leadership to run a successful store. Judging by the other reviews, I'd stay away from this place. Idiots abound in this place. Men's warehouse should be ashamed as well as the staff at this location. read more

Awful experience!!!! A wedding is a special event, right? Apparently, not to the mediocre sales clerk working at the Men's Warehouse in Boynton Beach, Joe. When I asked him about the rental package for my groomsmen and my fiancé, he replied: "there's no such a thing. Each suit will be $250 to rent or $300 to keep." I was confused but I would never ask my groomsmen to pay that amount for a rental. I talked to my fiancé who went online and closed the deal for $139 for a complete attire. We went back to the store next day, and when I questioned Joe, he said: "I never said that." So, where did I get those numbers ($250-300) from? Two words: unreliable and thoughtless. read more
