They are NOT very diligent about making sure you have needed testing ordered or relaying the results of cancer testing to you. I thought wow, this is different and even commented to the person on the phone. She then said she would talk the doctor and call me back. The following say I hadn't heard from them, so I called. After being put on hold, I was then told the doctor will not take me on as a patient. I was so dumbfounded and shocked that I didn't know what to say. Being judged without even meeting the doctor and her making a decision based on a phone call is just appalling. I feel violated as I was asked personal medical questions without being told why!, HIPPA violation if you ask me. I wouldn't send my dog to this MD. More to come

For me, I need them because of my obstructive sleep apnea and my insurance demands it. I feel their care and expertise is second to none. The office staff is friendly, but certainly way too busy. When you get to your appointment, make sure to manually tell the front desk people that you are there for your appointment. There is no sign in sheet and there are no instructions posted anywhere up front which would alert you to their procedures for check in. I certainly urge them to at least put up a sign that says something like, "Please check in with the front desk upon arrival." That would eliminate a lot of confusion. Overall, they are professional and friendly and are a good choice for pulmonary care if you need it. Check them out!

So I will first type up a bill to give them for the cost of Gas, Mileage, and time wasted, because they have a really crappy automated system! This goes for Millenium too!
