As soon as the install date came, Roman & Sean showed up & hit the ground running setting up the system & verifying everything was in working order. I have used several other companies in the past however never had the quality service that Alert 360 has shown. The representative that I use is Danny Holland. Danny really cares about his customers and their security needs. He is not pushy at all. He is very knowledgeable about how to set up your system to give the most coverage without all the usual scare tactics most companies use to get your business and sell you a lot of extra things you really may not need. Only once did they jump the gun and notify the police who promptly came to my home to investigate. At $170 a year for a monitored system no one can touch their pricing.

A representative came to our home in 2017 in Altus, OK. He was charming and stated "we are offering…read morean opportunity to try our service at a discounted rate and with a free ring doorbell." He also stated that we were a part of some sort of test group of the service. He did not fully inform us that he was not with ADT and that we would be in a 36 month contract. It is now 2019 and we are now in Texas. We call to move service over and they tell us that would start a new 36 month contract or we have to pay $615 for the remaining year of our contract. We had no choice but to cancel service and pay the money since we are renting and planning to build a home within a year. I'm unhappy with this contractor and believe the salesman was not forthcoming of the contract details. We weren't a part of any special deal. He said whatever he could to essentially sell another contract to unsuspecting people. We could have used the $615 we paid toward saving for our new home. I will NEVER sign up with ADT again. This contractor/dealer has tainted my perception of the company. And when I voiced this to three separate representatives at ADT, none offer any compassion to our situation.
