I provided a wet vacuum, but it wasn't used properly, which left parts of the carpet overly wet and required extra cleanup afterward. The job wasn't terrible, and they did complete everything within about 2-3 hours, but for the cost, I expected more attention to detail. There was noticeable dust and dirt throughout, and the job did not meet the standard of a deep clean. We didn't have a working kitchen sink due to plumber needing to sinis. But we did have two working bathroom sinks and a shower. I requested the cleaner tell me if she had any issues or questions. She never reported back with issues or questions. Payment was required before leaving, and after requesting a partial refund due to the condition of the home, we received no response. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this service.
