The pricing is on the higher side, and unless you are present to guide or lightly micromanage, some areas may be missed. I found that it's important to be very specific and hands-on to ensure everything you want cleaned is actually addressed. I had requested a more in-depth cleaning, including walls, panels, and detailed dusting. Unfortunately, the cleaning ended up being more surface-level--mainly banisters and baseboards. In larger homes, it also seemed that only a few rooms were completed rather than the entire space. While I'm grateful for her quick response and fast scheduling, I personally wouldn't book again, as the service didn't fully meet my expectations for the price. That said, she may be a good fit for someone who can be present during the cleaning and give very clear, detailed direction throughout.

I provided a wet vacuum, but it wasn't used properly, which left parts of the carpet overly wet and required extra cleanup afterward. The job wasn't terrible, and they did complete everything within about 2-3 hours, but for the cost, I expected more attention to detail.
