The pricing is on the higher side, and unless you are present to guide or lightly micromanage, some areas may be missed. I found that it's important to be very specific and hands-on to ensure everything you want cleaned is actually addressed. I had requested a more in-depth cleaning, including walls, panels, and detailed dusting. Unfortunately, the cleaning ended up being more surface-level--mainly banisters and baseboards. In larger homes, it also seemed that only a few rooms were completed rather than the entire space. While I'm grateful for her quick response and fast scheduling, I personally wouldn't book again, as the service didn't fully meet my expectations for the price. That said, she may be a good fit for someone who can be present during the cleaning and give very clear, detailed direction throughout. read more

She didn't follow through with what she promised. Way, way overpriced. Actually hired her twice thinking I caught her on a bad day the first time. The second time she came even more things were overlooked. I had to ask for the obvious stuff, like a bathroom trash can to be emptied and the stair rail to be dusted. read more

Natalie was able to come To our new home last minute. The job was overwhelming for me to even look at. However Natalie came in and gave me her price for the job , we agreed she went right to work.
