We needed all of our very dirty windows cleaned inside and out. They had been neglected for 2 years due to the refurbishing that went on. I was able to schedule it very quickly and quite a crew showed up. I think they were there about two hours and truly worked as a team. They vacuumed the window sills and the tracks and removed every thing that was on the surface. The estimate meeting was pleasant and professional. Called to set up an appointment 2 weeks ago because I used them a couple of years ago. I am very disappointed that I have been put off for two weeks in a row. We spoke again on Friday, April 4, 2025, and she said she would call me back within an hour. Of course, she did not make that happen. This illustrates the unreliability of this company. She wanted me to order more services, not just the window cleaning. Previously, I gave them a lot more service to complete. I was selling my home that had been a rental. Unfortunately, my renter left it in a complete mess, filled with trash and filthy. I knew of Sunshine, as they regularly cleaned at my work. One quick call to Scarlet and I was set up for a walk thru estimate. Jesse came the next day and gave me a comprehensive estimate which I greatly appreciated. On cleaning day, a team of 6 came and cleaned everything in the house! They removed the pull out shelves from the kitchen cabinets and cleaned the inside of cabinets, cleaned the cabinet doors, scrubbed floors, the shower and bathtub, cleaned the walls, dusted the ceiling! The team today to do the cleaning, they were all efficient and my windows look amazing, they got some hard spots off some of the windows that other cleaning companies have not been able to do. As I was collecting estimates for weekly cleaning, the cleaning company's reps all commented that the house was amazingly clean. One even slipped and said he had never seen a cleaner house. So we needed some outside rooms cleaned and I put out a Yelp request. Jessie at Sunshine was the first to respond and the first to show up. His price was reasonable and compared well to others for the same work, so I hired him. On the appointed day, his team showed up 10 minutes early and attacked the work like a SWAT team. They were very thorough. Everyone on the team struck me as honest and hard-working, and also very courteous. Gosh, I really like working with people like this! Wanted my oven cleaned and my window sills in the front room cleaned. first of all: I did a better job on the window sills that I had finished. I am going to have to go over the window sills they did. Second: Great job on the oven, however when the top was done, the young girl they sent made a HUGE scratch on my stainless steel! Not happy! I have a WOLFE stove. Then, They poured the chemicals they used in the bucket they had down my black granite composite sink. I washed it out immediatly and luckily it wasnt ruined. They left grime on the faucet handles. OMG they're supposed to be a "cleaning crew". NO attention to detail. Will never use them again. Better to just do it yourself! Horrible experience. He followed-up with me with everything that had been completed and what he would bring next time. I hired this company a few weeks ago to do a deep clean on my 1200 sf three bedroom home. Paul the owner came out and was very convincing on how good they were. He quoted me a an extremely high price of 360.00 for the first visit. This was supposed to be a deep clean of everything. Now that did include three extra windows, of which they did a good job. I reluctantly agreed to the high price, hoping our home would be really clean. The job they did was worse that what I used to pay 95.00 for with another company. The shower was actually left in worse condition than they found it. It had a white oily residue all over it, and they made feeble attempt to clean the soap scum off of the tile. I later cleaned the shower myself, and it now not hard at all. I pointed out a few things to Paul that the old cleaners usually missed. Well these people missed them too. the stainless steel in the kitchen had residue all over it. They made no attempt to clean the mini blinds in one of the bedrooms. The bottom line is I felt totally ripped off. If you hire these people don't hire than until they are done to your satisfaction. read more
