We are new to the area, and our neighbors recommended Fabuloous Fur for our little doxie. They are AWESOME! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I have used many different pet salons in the past, but none as wonderful as Fabulous Fur. The groomer we had was Hallie...what a sweetheart! I absolutely love their work. They pay attention to detail on my dogs from the Yorkies to my Japanese Chin or Brussels Griffon. The staff are very polite & I never feel rushed when explaining what type of cut I would prefer. The store is very clean/covid approved! Going to be Honest. I did read the bad reviews... Yet, I can't honestly understand. I have 3 Dachshunds. They already know when I make the left turn, We are going to FFPS, AND We are getting a Bath!! My 3 Pups start their Happy Bark with their cute Happy Dance. How many Dachshunds do you know get that excited about getting a Bath. BTW, I'm very particular on the care of my Pups.... I've referred quite a few people here and every single one has been disappointed. One of the girls the blonde one named Ashley lies. She tried to cover up hurting my friends dog and my friend had to take her dog to the vet. Everything would have been so much better if she didn't try to say that she didn't cut the dog and the dog came in with the cut already.. I've only ever gone in for a bath so I haven't had this bad of an experience but now thinking about it even just the baths they give are not well done. If you want to avoid a HORRIBlE traumatizing experience just contact dizzy dazee dog grooming. They're great and never had a bad experience and they're so so nice. read more

I found this AMAZING groomer by doing my research. I got a new pup and of course she is spoiled. We only want the best for our fur-baby. I went on the "Nextdoor" app and asked all my local neighbors who they recommended and BY FAR it was Fabulous Fur. I have a Husky/Sheppard mix and requested the de-shed treatment. They immediately fell in love with our girl and when we picked her up.....OMG...she was beautiful, soft and silky not to mention smelling fabulous! Very kind, friendly staff who got my baby groomed quickly. The interior had a great vibe and seemed very well managed. However, I explicitly asked them do one specific thing regarding my pup's grooming and they did not do it. When I mentioned it afterwards, it was brushed off. My room mate said that my pup's haircut is the equivalent of "an attractive guy with great hair getting a bowl cut." This experience was okay, but by no means the best one I've had. read more

This place is fantastic! The owner, Cindy, is a natural born pet lover. My dog Pearl was petrified the first time she visited, but the girls won her over. Now she runs into the shop, "tail wagging the dog". Highly recommend to anyone. The free services they provide to local shelter animals is admirable. FF has my business always. Jessica did a fantastic job on my two boys. They came in very shaggy and quite stinky but left smelling good and sharp. Three girls greeted us when we came in, happily cuddled the puppies and led them to the back. It wasn't that long for them and they came out looking great. My handsome boys both got schnauzer cute which were executed perfectly and they followed our specifications wonderfully. Front desk could not tell me what services were done, no receipt given, my sweet rescue dog was attacked by the roaming cats that are just roaming all over the salon. When I asked the owner if the cats would continue roaming around the salon, she could not answer me and was extremely rude. She continued to tell me "they live here"!! I tried to explain to her that that was a recipe for disaster because 1. not all animals get along with each other (I feel like that's common sense) 2. Some people are highly allergic to cats. She ended up hanging up on me as I was still talking. Both nails on both dogs do not appear to be even cut, I asked for teeth brushing on both dogs several times when scheduling and it appears that did not happen either. I spent over $100 for services, & am completely unsatisfied. I was treated extremely rudely and hung up on because I asked about her cats. Never again! If you want great customer service and to be treated fairly, do NOT; PLEASE do not go here! I am appalled by the way I was treated & am in complete shock! Meanwhile, I visited another grooming place that was highly recommended and am in love! They treated my dogs with love which I never witnessed here! I will be taking my dogs here for a re-do since I could not get what I requested at Fabulous Fur. Message me for details if interested. I hope NOBODY has to experience what I did yesterday and today! By the way, I recorded the phone conversation where the owner talked down to me and ended up hanging up on me and wouldn't even answer my question.
