My issue is that no one informed me during my visit that another bundle was being used or that there would be an additional charge before I left. Customers should never find out about extra charges after the transaction is over. When I asked for clarification, I never received a clear explanation or documentation showing exactly what was used and how the amount was calculated. The communication throughout the situation was poor and left me feeling dismissed instead of informed. I was also disappointed with the condition of the store. It felt cluttered, and I observed cleanliness and hygiene practices that made me uncomfortable as a customer.
