The next day, I was contacted and told that a third bundle had been used and that I owed additional money. My issue isn't that I was ultimately asked to pay. My issue is that no one informed me during my visit that another bundle was being used or that there would be an additional charge before I left. Customers should never find out about extra charges after the transaction is over. When I asked for clarification, I never received a clear explanation or documentation showing exactly what was used and how the amount was calculated. The communication throughout the situation was poor and left me feeling dismissed instead of informed. I was also disappointed with the condition of the store. It felt cluttered, and I observed cleanliness and hygiene practices that made me uncomfortable as a customer. This entire situation could have been avoided with basic communication and professionalism. While I ultimately paid to resolve the matter, I won't be returning.
