I speak to an Another guy (dad or owner of the shop) letting him know I was there a couple of days ago. and this is the quote he gave me. By this time the first guy that gave me a quote arrives. states the other guy said it's going to be this price (of course a higher price). ok, let's do it. they run into a problem with rear. I needed to order some brackets to readjust my rear shocks. ok, get ready to pay. "It was more work then we figured". so the price guys up again. So I pay, smh, and leave. ordered the brackets. Now I'm back a week later. I'm the first one to arrive Friday morning. one of the workers states the tech should be in around 8-8:30. I'm here at 7:45. Another vehicle pulls up around 8:15. The same worker that I spoke too. open the back door and pulled the vehicle right. I say, "hey i was here first". he says, "this job is easier". Their doing a full front and back brake job on the vehicle. it's 9:10. I'm writing this review as I'm still waiting. Then another worker (the tech that was worker in my vehicle). is changing a radiator for a customer who pulled up after me as well. SMH it's not right! Well, they put my car on the rack around 9:50am. At 11:05am, the worker who I've been dealing with from the beginning approach me with some bad news. He said that the boss didn't wanna finish the job. I was refunded a little bit more then what I was quoted for labor on the rear. But at this point my time was wasted more then anything. They'll never get my business again. I hope this helps someone. Find a better shop.

I came in for a simple oil change last month and was told I urgently needed front and rear brakes. I agreed ONLY because they had advised me it was urgent, and unfortunately ended up paying $750 for the job (NOT including the $147 oil change) They charged $205 per set of brake pads, plus $80 for labor (front and back each) and a $135 brake fluid exchange. The problem is that my boyfriend and I looked up the brakes that were used and they retail for around $63-$72, so why I was charged $205 each? Who knows. I was obviously taken advantage of. Thankfully I have the money to be able to afford this but not everyone does and it's sad to think of all the people (women especially) who are victims of this. I highly recommend going anywhere but here.

Roberto referred to me as "picky," then looked at my husband and called me "spoiled." When I explained that my husband does not buy my things and that I purchase and pay for my own car myself, the response I received was, "Oh, you can do that?" It was incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I asked to work with the salesperson Traveron I had previously worked with months ago and was absolutely amazing , but I was refused and told he "doesn't know the product." The entire interaction felt dismissive and sexist. Women are fully capable of making their own financial decisions and purchasing vehicles without needing a husband's approval or involvement. I expected professionalism and respect and received neither.
