Each girl felt heard and understood when working with Jessica. She was able to take inspiration photos and turn them in to reality - actually making them even better than the inspo photos! Not only did she make me and all my bridesmaids feel so sexy and confident, but she was also such a pleasure to have in the bridal suite. I was so scraped for time, I ended up having to cancel my hair and makeup trial with Jessica and let me tell you, she didn't have me worried for one second. She still took the time to look at my inspiration photos, completed a mini "mock" trial after my color the week before and gave a few additional ideas and insight leading up to the day of. Perfect recipe for the magic that subsequently occurred. On my first visit she gave me a Chi Enviro smoothing treatment which is an AMAZING alternative to chemical relaxers for my natural hair. It makes it amazing when straight and soft and manageable when curly, I got the treatment done again (6 months after the first) on my most recent visit. I got the treatment done after she added blonde highlights to my whole head, no worries. We met a few years ago at a IBEW union event where our spouses are both members. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. After crossing paths a year or so later I found out this is where she works. I was in dire need of a new stylist. My hair is very curly, easy to cut too short and is often damaged by less knowledge stylists color application. I also wanted magenta highlights. Not only did she knock the haircut out of the ballpark, but the color was so VIBRANT!!! I loved everything about my hair once she got her hands on it! Best part was it wasn't completely damaged by the fashion color! I came back a year later with very outgrown highlights and wanted a totally different color. Once again, knocked the cut and color out of the park!!! No damage to my hair and she was very careful to not cut too much off my hair. Checking in with me the whole time on the length. Not to mention she is actually very reasonably priced for the service and quality! Services aside, I suffer from SEVERE PTSD and I don't have an easy time with socializing. But with Della it's easy!
