Everything is amazing at this place. The staff is excellent. The quality of their treatments are amazing.. I especially enjoy how Ryann has specials and she had an incredible value for thel Alastin skin care line which happens to be my favorite. It was an advent calendar very reasonable for what you've got each product in there was worth more than the product. I really enjoy how the staff really cares about their clients and make sure that there is ample product. They're very knowledgeable for the clients skin care needs along with their treatments the amazing hydra facial, micro, needling, weight loss, and peptides are just what I need and they have something for everyone. Make sure to come here and you will be pampered at and feel wonderful. I went in for a 2-week follow-up, clearly explained that my elevens were still visible, and instead of a consistent, confident assessment I got goalpost-moving: * first: "we can add more Botox" * then after a few forced grimaces: "actually more won't help, you're already paralyzed" That kind of flip is unsettling--especially when: * you've had better results before * you never needed a second treatment * and you just dropped $420 trusting their expertise My reaction was totally reasonable. Botox is part art, part anatomy, and when the injector isn't sure--or can't clearly explain what's going on--it erodes trust fast. Walking out politely instead of arguing was honestly the classy move. A few grounded thoughts, just so you're not second-guessing yourself: * At 2 weeks, results should be clear. Tweaks are common, but confusion from the provider isn't. * Saying "more won't fix it because you're already paralyzed" after suggesting more Botox is... not reassuring. * Consistency matters. I was in the market for a new provider for Dysport injections and knew FIBB was the place because of so many recommendations from friends and their great social media presence. I went here for Hyaluronidase on some bothersome nasolabial fold filler that had migrated outside the folds. I was too scared to get a whole vial in one shot and they were nice and flexible and saved part of the vial. Their Hyaluronidase was nice and fresh and stung, ( many places use old Hyaluronidase that doesn't sting, a sign that it doesn't work properly, ... it has to sting! ). So 100% for quality. I went into FIBB because it was close by, and I am so happy I did! The Staff was and are so pleasant and knowledgeable, professional and just overall nice. I went in for a lil Botox and received by far the best Botox Placement and never felt a thing! The results were and are amazing. My Botox was administered the first time by Ryann, at which point I realized I would never go anywhere else while I am in FL for my winters. Although it is a bit pricey, I try and catch a sale if I can. I have had other procedures done and am very happy with those results also. Last week I had an amazing hydrafacial with Yvonne. It was absolutely beyond words spectacular. I have had Hydrafacials in the past, but this was like a night and day difference. She was very skilled with dermaplaning, massage and cleaning techniques. She also gave special attention to distressed areas on my face. I felt comfortable from the start. The room was aesthetic, clean, and welcoming. Soft music in the background helped me relax along with the soft heated bed. The hydra facial left me feeling hydrated and glowing. I had botox done 3 weeks ago. I told them that I get drooping in my eyelids if not done correctly. Well, my eyelids are sitting on my eyelashes. I would not recommend this place for botox. read more

I went to get Botox , they had a special price so I was going to get 20 units on my forehead! Never got it before didn't tell anyone . They talked me into 30 units which you need for your forehead( they said) pretty sure it was fake . I have five kids adults , all my friends and coworkers ! Nobody noticed anything! I like be the results I got from the Botox, and the girl I saw was really nice, but I wanted to use my CareCredit and they told me as I was checking out that to use it. It was a $500 minimum I said ok, so I bought a eyes cream to. I just wanted to spend the $500 and told the girl, just to charge that amount. She didn't know how to spit it, she then got someone to help her, this other lady then care looking like she just did not want to help me. Then she had the nerve to ask ask me if my credit limit was $500 and that was why I only wanted to charge that amount, I could not believe she asked me that and in front of other people. She then asked for my SSN and wanted me to tell it to her out loud and I had to ask her for a pen and paper, I don't know if I will ever go back there. If you see a big blonde with tight skin she is rude, and not that helpful. read more

I made an appointment originally for Botox, purchased a Brillant Distinctions gift card worth $100. I ended up calling and changing my appointment 2 times to different services, each time confirming with the person answering that the gift card I had, ( name of it given) would be excepted as payment. I arrived had a lovely lady do my facial/dermaplaning and upon check out was told no I cannot use the card. Ultimately I then had to pay additional for the service. Please know I was very specific when on the phone asking that this gift card would be taken for the new service as payment. They apologized, but that doesn't change the fact that I only went with the intention of using gift card. I would have rebooked again for another facial and had inquired about Botox to see if I would be more comfortable going forward. Unfortunately I will not return, and certainly not recommend the services they provide. At the end of the day it is not my fault the inexperienced desk staff is giving incorrect information out, there were no tricks in my questions and they even put me on hold to check on what I was asking. Poor customer service, during such uncertain economic times, you would think they would be happy people were trying to utilize such a non essential service to spend money on. read more
