This spa ruined my eyebrows. After the first injection, I had a huge bruise between my brows for over a month plus and one eyebrow lifted unevenly. I had to travel for work overseas and couldn't get it fixed right away. When I returned, the owner Amy injected agreed to rectify the issue by injecting Botox above each brow. After a week later, now my left eye is drooping badly, it's uncomfortable, visibly off, and affecting my vision and confidence, especially while working overseas. When I emailed her, she said I "wasn't a good candidate." That's ridiculous I've had Botox done by physicians before with no problems. This place lacks accountability and skill. Stay away from Sweet Spot Med Spa. They completely botched my Botox, paid $500 plus. I'm now left with one drooping eye. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me, saying I'm "not a good candidate." Funny, because I've had Botox done by qualified physicians in the past with zero issues. This experience was careless and unprofessional. When results go wrong, a true professional looks at their technique, not points fingers. As the saying goes: "A poor worker blames their tools." Please save yourself the stress and go to a licensed medical professional who knows what they're doing. read more

First timer who will be back! I went in for a Botox treatment on my forehead done by Jen. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. The procedure itself was quick and nearly painless and as far as healing goes I'm doing great. The initial puncture sites and swelling went down significantly within the first hour. By the next day you couldn't even tell I had a bunch of needles poked into my face. Just great, natural looking results! I booked a huge EOY facial treatment for myself. When I got there, I asked to pre pay for the service to ensure my HSA would pay for the MEDI-spa. The 2 workers were so thrown off that after discussing for 30 mins, the practitioner explained she had another service booked for 9:30 and they can't serve me. What a let down! read more

Negative Stars for this place. They were the worst. After my appointment, I got an infection, called cancelled my next appointment, and complained about the issue after getting sick and having to take anti-biotics, I was told the owner would call me, AMY INGLE, she grilled me on the phone about what happened to me, and I am sure there are HIPPAA laws against her line of questioning, and had the WORST attitude ever towards me, she was rude, she had a demeaning attitude towards me, and then on top of it, had the audacity to tell me that she could have treated me and I should have come to them first, rather than a real physician. This PLACE is awful and I will never recommend anyone to go to them EVER! She was incredibly Rude! Do Not GIVE your money to this business EVER! read more
